We had a wonderful stay at Royal Hoi An! The hotel is perfectly located, within easy reach of all the main attractions. Everything was spotlessly clean and we were delighted with a complimentary room upgrade. The breakfast was delicious, the spa excellent, and the free shuttle service a lovely bonus. The Japanese restaurant was authentic and of outstanding quality. A special thank to Ngan from Guest Relations for her warm and attentive care. Highly recommended — we would love to come back! ❤️

The hotel is very well located on the river. The rooms are lovely and the restaurants superb primarily because of the level of service provided by the hosts and servers. The roof top bar was very lovely and had a nice breeze which was a welcome relief from the humidity. Staying at this 5 star hotel makes staying at other 5 star hotels has convinced my wife that this is the way to go in the future.
