Hotel Royal Hoi An is excellently located within walking distance from the old town. The level of service and cleanliness is of top notch. We had the opportunity to dine at the hotel in all of the three nights we stayed there, and the food and service provided by all the restaurant staff was impeccable - passionate service with a smile all the way.
Go for a deluxe room. Strongly recommended to all those who enjoy being well looked after!
We stayed here after being at the Hyatt Regency in Da Nang. The Royal Hotel in Hoi An was a masterclass in customer service (the complete opposite of the Hyatt). It was charming with great facilities and offered excellent value
Great location, close to walk but at the quiet end of the old town, great hotel nice pools and great buffet breakfast. Wonderful staff, very attentive and friendly.
It was amazing! The staff were wonderful — everyone was so friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The hotel was very clean, and the food was delicious with plenty of options to choose from. We would definitely come back again!
