Relax at the full-service spa, where you can enjoy massages, body treatments and facials. After dipping into one of the 2 outdoor swimming pools, you can spend some time at the private beach. This resort also features complimentary wireless Internet access, concierge services and babysitting (surcharge). The complimentary beach shuttle makes getting to the surf and sand a breeze.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Rivertown hoi an resort and spa was our best stay in Vietnam, the staff attention to detail is second to none and made us feel completely looked after the entire time we stayed. The pool is a big bonus! This is a must stay hotel when in Hoi An.
We arrived on a day with very heavy rain. We had driven an hour and were wet and exhausted. Staff met us at the car, gave us umbrellas and took our bags off us. They immediately sat us down and gave us a welcome drink and were so lovely. My partner left his bag in the grab car and they immediately offered to call the grab company for us to assist, this level of service and kindness persisted across our whole stay. The staff remembered our names as we walked in and out, gave us lovely recommendations and were genuinely happy to chat to us and help us in any way. I can’t fault anything about this place, the rooms were beautiful and well maintained, location is right next to the town and the pool and spa were great. The standout is the staff, they were so incredible and I would love to come back one day
Lovely hotel, really friendly place. Good breakfast. If you want a river view room request the small river to see the lantern boats at night as the big river is at the front of the hotel. 2 big swimming pools. Take caution that if you go to the tailors the hotel recommends the hotel gets a 45% cut of the money. So go to the indoor market instead for much cheaper and still good quality.
