Renaissance Hoi An Resort and Spa

We came as a family of 5 adults (including 2 seniors) and 3 kids, and could not have enjoyed our stay more at the Renaissance at one of their villas.

The best thing about this hotel is the staff. I hope I am remembering his name correctly, but a gentleman names Hepa? provided such excellent care to my family, in particular to my 90+ year old father.

All of the employees we interacted with, from the front desk, transfer buggy’s, and dining staff, were thoughtful and helpful, exactly what you’d want when you’re on a holiday.

The hotel provided a wheelchair for my father to use during his stay, which was wonderful to have.

Our villa was spacious with high ceilings. The pool was just the right size for my family to enjoy. Some of the furniture needs to be deep cleaned for stains, but overall, the furniture was modern and fit well with the overall look of the villa.

We enjoyed the buffet breakfast every morning. There were ample selections to fit nearly every palate.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this resort! Special notice to Heip, who helped with our luggage, drove us to our villa, and was generally helpful and happy our entire stay. The ladies at the breakfast buffet were also great, and the chef made the best omelets I've ever had. The villas are gorgeous, extremely spacious, and full of amenities. The resort grounds were gorgeous. We ordered room service every day for lunch (very reasonable compared to U.S. prices) and enjoyed it by the pool. The food, overall, was very good with LOTS of options. Though the location is a bit far from the Ancient City (15-20 minutes by car/motorbike), Grab is easily called and always available. A great choice for families wanting relaxation and sun!
