Stayed in this beautiful hotel for 8 days. The landscape is beautiful, the best part is stuff though. Very attentive, very friendly. Especially Lucy, who welcomed us and checked us out! Also I want to thank Thanh, a very attentive and professional person! Our dinners were amazing! Relaxed and enjoyed our holiday thanks to these wonderful people! Also want to note great breakfasts

First time visiting this resort with family and spent two nights here as we hope to spend more time in exploring the area such as Hoi An Town and use of hotel facilities during the stay.
The service of the resort is top notch. The reception lady ( sorry I can't recall her name please use my room number to search 6323 & 6327 staying period 13 - 15 Sep) she was very helpful and introduced me very clearly about the hotel facilities and helped me to reserve the free shuttle to Hoi An Town. Another lady Lucy who helped our check out is very helpful and efficient!
On the second day, we joined the free coffee workshop @13:30-14:30 hosted by the cafe staff named Duyen, I would like to give her the best compliment for her delicated hospitality! I can feel her passion and smile when showing us how to make Vietnamese coffee and tried to answer as many as our questions. Additionally, we also played the tennis, table tennis and use of the outdoor pool which is one of the best facilities! The Jaccuzi and sauna is also great.
The room including daily breakfast and we enjoyed the breakfast very much! Lots of food selection and very authentic with some of local options like Pho, Bánh mì etc. The staff are very nice and attentive especially Sang who rest assured we enjoying our food.
At last, Just a little comment about this resort, it maybe time to renovate / touch up the interior part of guestrooms.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ More Than a Hotel — It Felt Like Staying With Family
Our stay at the Renaissance was absolutely wonderful from beginning to end. The property itself is stunning — the design, décor, and overall aesthetic are gorgeous — and our room was beautiful, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. Everything felt immaculate and thoughtfully maintained.
But what truly made this stay special was the staff. There was such genuine warmth and hospitality from everyone we encountered. I honestly didn’t feel like I was staying at a hotel; I felt like I was staying at a family member’s home.
The staff were incredible at anticipating our needs. So many times, before I could even think to ask for something, someone was already nearby offering to help. That level of attentiveness is difficult to teach because it felt completely natural and sincere. They genuinely wanted us to feel comfortable, welcomed, and taken care of.
I especially want to recognize the entire breakfast team. They were AMAZING every single morning — friendly, attentive, welcoming, and always ready to help. A special shout-out to Hue, who was wonderful and helped make our mornings even more enjoyable. ❤️
The combination of the beautiful property and exceptional service made this one of those hotel stays that you actually remember after the vacation is over. Thank you to the entire Renaissance team for making us feel so welcomed and cared for. You truly made us feel like part of the family, and that was the best part of our stay.

Great location, close to the old town, around 8 minutes by taxi, and there are always plenty available, or you can use the free shuttle service. The hotel has a fantastic pool overlooking the beach and is very relaxing. The staff were fantastic and they go above and beyond to ensure your every need is met. Yuri and Khanh on the reception desk were fantastic and were always willing to assist with whatever we needed. Also Sang, the chef in the breakfast area was so attentive and always looked after our every need. Breakfast had so many choices, the best we’ve seen after staying in many hotels. Also, Dugyen, she was also extremely kind, friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel, which also has villas to cater for families or large groups
