We had a truly wonderful stay at Renaissance Hoi An Resort & Spa. From start to finish, the team took exceptional care of our family. Our prior email arrangements with the Front Office and Guest Relations Teams for the villa bookings, airport transfers, day tours and a wheelchair for my elderly father were handled seamlessly, and the bellboy was waiting with the wheelchair the moment we arrived. That thoughtfulness made our arrival completely stress-free. Our 3-bedroom villa was spacious and beautifully designed, with plenty of room for everyone to relax. Although rain had been forecast,we enjoyed glorious sunshine and blue skies throughout. The dining was outstanding across the board. The daily breakfast buffet had a wide spread to suit every taste, with delicious Vietnamese specialties like pho and banh mi, plus authentic coconut coffee and salted coffee. We enjoyed meals at the main restaurant and in-villa dining, but the highlight was a private BBQ at our villa with our own chef and waitress. The spread was good, the portions generous, and dining under the moonlight by the sea was a wonderful experience. We also had massages at the spa, which even my elderly parents thoroughly enjoyed. Above all, it was the hospitality that made our vacation so memorable. We are especially grateful to Hannah and Yuri for their help with the advance arrangements and throughout our stay. Hannah especially, with her warm and attentive care made us feel truly looked after. Lien Ling at the Front Desk was also very helpful, as was Ms. An Nguyen, the Spa Manager, who made sure my father had a comfortable massage despite his limited mobility. We couldn't have asked for a better holiday for our multi-generational family. We left happy and with wonderful memories, and we highly recommend Renaissance Hoi An to travellers of all ages. We would love to return!
We had a wonderful stay, but what truly made our experience memorable was the exceptional service we received at the poolside bar with Madam Hue :) . Ms Hue was absolutely amazing genuinely one of the best hospitality experiences we have had during our travels in Vietnam.
She went far beyond simply taking care of us at the bar. She took the time to tell us about things to do around the hotel, places to visit in Da Nang, and even destinations throughout Vietnam that she thought we would enjoy on a future trip. What stood out most was how genuine she was. Her enthusiasm for the hotel, the people, and Vietnam itself was contagious, and you could immediately tell that she truly takes pride in her work and loves sharing her country with guests.
Her service was warm, attentive, knowledgeable, and incredibly personable. She gave us the best service we received during our entire stay and made us feel genuinely welcomed rather than simply being hotel guests.
In fact, several of the places she recommended sounded so wonderful that I have already booked another stay here for my next visit to Vietnam! That probably says more than anything else could about the impression she — and this hotel — made on us.

I had a great Dinner in the restaurant. I want to give a big thank you to Kim Thao from the bar and Kim Hue. They were both very nice and professional. I can only recommend this restaurant!

The place was beautiful, and we felt very welcomed throughout our stay from all of the staff all around the resort, especially Linh and Lien when we arrived. We super happy with our experience and would definitely stay here again.
