They say it’s the little things that matter, and this is so true! I have travelled to many place indeed I have been very lucky to stay in some of the best hotels that is why when I get great service at any level I wish to let others know. Tonight I had a request at the hotel and it was dealt with quickly and very professionally, I would like to thank the two girls on the reception Flora and Lucy they were so helpful and friendly.

All the staff here are phenomenal. The rooms are lovely and the atmosphere is great. Big thanks to Hiep for all the help. Had a great coffee making class with Hong and Hue the coffee was really delicious and they were very helpful, thankyou very much!! The shuttle service allows to get into town easily. With the breakfast quite good value!

I’d like to acknowledge bar staff member Kim Thao Yu for her welcoming, warm and engaging service and helpful information. Kim Thao pours a great Huda beer. Always a pleasure to sit at the bar when she is serving.
Great food, great sleep, great massage
Took a two week holiday here From Australia. So much to like.
Quality accomodation. Absolutely top class buffet breakfast and excellent spa/massage services. Really confortable beds and excellent environment for rest and recharge.
In terms of massage, Trang might be the best masseur I have come across in this part of the world.
Minor opportunities for improvement. The poolside bar service is extremely slow. The shuttle bus to town is not frequent enough throughout the day and offers limited seating at times.
Devor getting a little tired in places with stains on the carpets and furniture in some areas.
However overall excellent quality for fantastic value price.
