LOCATION Phu Thinh Boutique Resort & Spa is centrally located with a ten-minute walk to the center of Hoi An Ancient Town, fifteen-minute bicycle to beautiful Cua Dai or An Bang beach, forty five-minute drive to My Son Sanctuary and a forty-minute bus or car to Da Nang international airport and train station.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
We stayed for six nights in this hotel and had a perfect experience offering exceptional value for money. We arrived at 5:30 AM, and the staff kindly got us into a room earlier than the check in time. After a minor room issue, they immediately upgraded us for free to a fantastic room. The entire team was always smiling, attentive, and welcoming. The hotel features a huge pool, an amazing breakfast with a wide variety of options, and free bicycles that make reaching the center a quick and easy ride. We wish we could have stayed longer and would definitely return!
היינו במלון במשך שבוע (6 לילות) והחוויה הייתה פשוט מושלמת! הבריכה ענקית, ארוחת הבוקר מעולה ועשירה, והמלון כולו נקי, מטופח ומזמין ברמות הגבוהות ביותר. אחד היתרונות הבולטים הוא האפשרות להשאיל אופניים ללא עלות בכל רגע שרוצים – המלון נמצא כ-10 דקות רכיבה ממרכז העיר. תודה ענקית ל-Thao שעזר לנו בכל פעם להוציא את האופניים ולכוונן את גובה המושב בסבלנות ובחיוך. סדנת הקפה שלקחנו במלון עם Thrung הייתה מעולה ומעשירה במיוחד. רמת השירות של כל אנשי הצוות יוצאת דופן, וכולם דאגו לשלומנו לאורך כל השהות: Van מהקבלה נענתה לכל בקשה שלנו באדיבות ובחיוך רחב. המנהלת Hoa הייתה מקסימה ושדרגה אותנו מיד בעקבות בעיה קטנה בחדר – טיפול מקצועי ואדיב להפליא. Quyn הייתה נעימה ושירותית במיוחד ותמיד שאלה לשלומנו. Nhung המליצה לנו על פעילויות נהדרות במלון ועל פסטיבל הבאן מי, והעניקה יחס חם ואכפתי. בקושי עזבנו וכבר אנחנו רוצים לחזור, 6 לילות לגמרי לא הספיקו לנו. מלון מטורף וצוות של אלופים, מומלץ מכל הלב!
We stayed at this hotel for a week (6 nights), and everything was absolutely amazing! The pool is huge, the breakfast is delicious, and the entire property is spotless and beautifully maintained. One of the best perks is the complimentary bicycle rental, and it’s an easy 10-minute ride to the city center. A huge thank you to Thao, who was always there to help us set up the bikes and adjust the saddle height with a great attitude. The coffee workshop we took with Thrung was fantastic and such a fun experience. The entire team took hospitality to another level, always checking in on us with warm smiles: Van at the front desk handled every request efficiently, politely, and always with a smile. The manager, Hoa, was exceptionally kind and immediately upgraded our room due to a minor issue—her professionalism made a big difference. Quyn was incredibly sweet, attentive, and constantly made sure we had everything we needed. Nhung gave us wonderful recommendations for hotel activities and the Banh Mi festival, always showing so much care and warmth. We have barely left and already want to come back—six nights were definitely not enough. An incredible hotel with an extraordinary team! Highly recommended!

Absolutely loved my stay here! The hotel is stunning and beautifully maintained. The entire team deserves a huge compliment - everyone was super lovely and attentive. The reception staff went above and beyond to assist us with everything we needed. Truly an impressive experience!
