A Perfect Stay in the Heart of Hoi An.
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Silk River Hoi An Retreat and would not hesitate to return. The biggest compliment goes to the staff. Every single member of the team was genuinely friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Their hospitality made us feel at home from the moment we arrived until the day we left. The location is excellent. It is peaceful and relaxing, yet only a short walk or quick Grab ride to Hoi An's beautiful Old Town. For us, this was the perfect balance between tranquility and convenience. The breakfast was another highlight. There was a wide variety of fresh Vietnamese and Western dishes, with plenty of choice every morning. Everything was well prepared and regularly replenished. Hoi An itself completely exceeded our expectations. We have travelled to Bali before, but Hoi An truly stole our hearts. The charming atmosphere, fantastic restaurants, friendly people, and beautiful surroundings made this one of our favourite destinations in Asia. Thank you to everyone at Silk River Hoi An Retreat for making our family holiday so memorable. We will definitely be back!

Silk River Hoi An - Beautiful experience
Best location, best food and hospitality
Amazing venue and staffs
We had a wonderful stay at Silk Riverside Hotel and couldn't have asked for a better experience. The hotel is in an excellent location, making it easy to explore the surrounding attractions, restaurants, and the beautiful riverside.
Our room was spacious, spotless, comfortable, and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable, and we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay.
The staff were exceptional. Every member of the team was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. Their hospitality made us feel at home from the moment we arrived until we checked out.
The breakfast offered a great variety of delicious local and international dishes, with something to suit everyone. The hotel was clean throughout, and the service was consistently professional and efficient.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Silk Riverside Hotel to anyone visiting Hoi An. Thank you to the entire team for making our holiday so memorable. We look forward to staying here again on our next visit
