We stayed at Palm Garden for 6 nights at the beginning of August. The level of service is clear as soon as you arrive; the staff simply cannot do enough for you. The grounds are beautiful and so well maintained. The poolside is lovely although there can be a challenge throughout the day to get loungers. The lifeguards keep a close eye on it by removing towels where people have not returned. In August, we did find the pool temp warm so not going to give you that refreshing feel when you get in (got to be expected though given the heat). Having the loungers on the beach front /beach adds so much to the hotel; and what a great view it is. Breakfast is very good with lots to choose from; again, the staff are so helpful and attentive. We only ate at the open air restaurant behind the pool and at the beach bar. Both were very good with lots to choose from. My son has a nut allergy and everyone was very good about ensuring the food would be free from nuts. The beach bar at happy hour was fantastic, such a chilled atmosphere; a great time to just sit back and appreciate where you are. The staff at the beach bar are fab, again, ensuring that you feel so welcome and looked after. We stayed in one of the standard rooms on the first floor. Nice, clean rooms which plenty of space. Yes, the shower could have been a bit better and the air con a bit cooler, but I’m starting to split hairs here; it was a nice room which we didn’t spend too much time in anyway. There are some staff members we would like to give a shout out to. Firstly Mr Hoang, one of the hotel’s lifeguards. What a great guy and so helpful and supportive to all the guests. I enjoyed our conversations by the pool and beach. And there is Mr Tye, commonly known as Mr Coconut man; a real character. Like his name sake, he will be seen getting the coconuts down and offering to guests. Again, a lovely man who you will also see around the hotel helping in various areas. And then there is Mr Thien, a young g man who you will see in the restaurant at breakfast and then in the pool side bar and restaurant. You’ll know who he is as he is the one with the beaming smile on his face from morning until night. Such a lovely guy and clearly has a passion for making sure everyone has an amazing holiday. He also has a great memory, remembering that you have 1 Pina Colada and then move on to a beer afterwards :). The hotel has some nice little restaurants outside the hotel and the 15 Grab ride into the Old town is no bother at all. Overall, an amazing hotel, made even better by all their staff. We will be back and I suspect it won’t be far away.
Once again, a wonderful stay at thus gorgeous resort. Great facilities, staff, food and ambience- highly recommend. Mr Vy in particular was a fantastic ambassador for the resort and a wonderful tour guide 😀
We’ve just finished a wonderful 7‑night stay at Palm Garden Resort in Hoi An and absolutely loved it. The resort is beautiful, the facilities are excellent, and the cooking and art classes were such a fun bonus. A huge thank you to Mr Hoang (Life guard) , Ms Hanh (Waitress) and Mr Ngoc (F & B) — each of them went out of their way to make us feel welcome, and their friendliness created memories we’ll never forget. After many trips to Hoi An, this was our first time staying here… and we’ll definitely be back.
Very friendly staff, great food and lovely beach!
Staff are amazing, this was our forth trip to Palm Gardens. We have always enjoyed our stay, many thanks to the reliable Mr Thi
