Fabulous 5 star experience
This hotel was absolutely perfect in every way. The staff were so friendly and attentive, particularly Lisa on reception, who even anticipated and arranged our onward airport transfer. The rooms were spotless and had everything we could possibly need, the breakfast was fabulous, the pool and reception areas were never crowded. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

What a gem!
This is an absolute GEM of a hotel. The rooms are gorgeous and beautifully clean, the staff go out of their way to help in every way, the setting, beach transport, pools, breakfast and concierge all perfect. Lisa on reception was so helpful and warm in welcoming us and sorting us out as we left.
The relaxed atmosphere put us all at ease straight away. Bonus of a water buffalo and its baby as well as the vegetable gardens as my balcony view! Great value and worth every penny!

A lovely hotel
A lovely hotel with a very warm welcome from Lisa, who was friendly and accommodating. We stayed for three nights and the amenities and service were exceptional at all times.

A very very nice hotel, room is excellent, pool was great also. Staff treat us very well, a must go hotel in Hoi An!
