Beautiful hotel. We were there for about three weeks. The staff are very friendly and helpful. LInda, Leo, Lucy, William and Quan chef made sure that our stay was as comfortable as it could be. It is the second Pavillion hotel we stay in Hoi and and will keep coming back.

Everything went smoothly the room was clean, aircon was cold. The people at the reception was also friendly, music, how and moon !! Thanks for making our stay memorable

The hotel was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and beautifully presented. The swimming pool view from the room was absolutely stunning, making my stay even more relaxing and enjoyable.
I would also like to give special thanks to Moon at the reception. She is not only beautiful but also incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. Her warm smile and outstanding hospitality made me feel truly valued throughout my stay.
If I have the opportunity to visit Hoi An again, I will definitely choose this hotel without hesitation. Highly recommended!
