Beyond our expectations
Our one-week stay at La Luna Hotel & Resort was absolutely outstanding. The week flew by, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
Our room was incredibly spacious, exceptionally clean, and featured a very comfortable king-size bed. The bathroom was large, with plenty of hot water at all times. Housekeeping maintained the room to a very high standard throughout our stay.
The food was excellent, and room service was always prompt and delicious. The swimming pool was another highlight, with plenty of comfortable sun loungers and ample fresh towels available.
What truly sets La Luna apart, however, is its staff. I usually notice one or two exceptional employees during a hotel stay, but at La Luna every single staff member was outstanding. Their service was genuinely six-star. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and everyone went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.
A special mention also goes to the security staff at the entrance. They were incredibly welcoming, helpful, and proactive—often doing far more than their job required. Their warmth and professionalism made a wonderful first and last impression every day.
If you’re looking for a hotel with beautiful facilities, outstanding service, and staff who genuinely care about their guests, I highly recommend La Luna Hotel & Resort. We had an amazing stay and would not hesitate to return.
Exceptional boutique hotel
This 48 room hotel's service is highly exceptional as all the staff from the security, bell boy, receptionist, restaurant staff, spa manager, duty manager all showed care and were personal. They made us feel at home for the entire stay and they truly looked after our well being. Room was great and spotless and the restaurant serves up some great Vietnamese food. Its location made it very walkaboe to the old town area which was excellent. This hotel is highly recommended.

Great boutique hotel by the river.
Very good stay at this hotel. Beautiful rooms, small intimate pool.
Very good service , Duyen in particular is very attentive. And also during the middle of the night 3am when my daughter was sick with stomach bug, Cuong was very helpful with finding hospital.
Would recommend this address. 👌

Great stay at Laluna!
We stayed with our family of 6 (grandparents included). Booked 2 rooms next to each other, and found the rooms really spacious and beautifully setup.
The staff at Laluna are just lovely. Duyen kindly assisted us with recommendations of activities within Hoi An, and everyone was so kind and friendly.

Great location bit oudated
Location is great by the river and right next to old city and main island (night market and night life). Very friendly staff, helpful and welcoming. Rooms are outdated a bit. Pool is small and low so if thats an issue that is not the place for you, but I really dont think you come to Hoi An for the pool, you will spend your time outside the hotel. Beds are not really comfortable if you like soft beds and pillows. Showers are good. Hotel services are expensive, do not exchange money at the hotel, You can get much better rate on the street. Go to gold shops near by.
