Our favourite hotel in our trip to Vietnam
Beautiful rooms. Spacious and comfortable. Massive bed. Full of charm and elegance. Mr. Chow greeted us upon arrival and was such an awesome human. We loved him! Pool is stunning and the hotel is in walking distance to ancient town yet quiet and peaceful by the river. HIGHLY recommend Laluna
Pleasant stay
We had a nice stay here, its located right opposite the canal and a stones throw away from the main market area. Service was pretty good, rooms too were nice. food was okay, we didnt have much vegetarian options for breakfast. we did have lunch and the food was good, we managed to get decent pure veg food. the staff are very friendly and helpful. They do have a small pool. Overall, it served the purpose.

We’ll be back, Laluna!
As stated, “I’ll be back”, in my 2018 reviewed, I booked La Luna so my family can experience the charm of this lovely place. We booked two connecting rooms with a river view and balcony. It’s still as charming as ever. The staff are still friendly, cheerful and attentive. The facilities are well maintained, clean and comfortable. My family look forward to daily early morning breakfast. We love the Vietnamese spread, everything is so so tasty. We love their Pho, Mi Quang, Banh Xeo and more.
It’s also at a great location, close to ancient town and shops. We will be back!!

Loved our stay at Laluna in Hoi An! Such a perfect location!
It was the staff that really made our stay extra special, they were all so friendly but especially appreciated Chau, Vo Cong Danh and Tina who were absolutely amazing! They looked after us so well and there customer service was excellent!
The location of Laluna was just perfect being only a few minutes walk to the main restaurants and bars but far enough away you didn't hear the noise from this area at night!
We can't wait to go back to Hoi An again and would definitely stay at Laluna again!

Family of 4, 2 x grandparents, daughter and 6 year old grandson. This place is an undiscovered gem offering friendly service and great value for money. On check in western were met my Ms Tina on the front counter and offered cold drink while completing the paperwork. I cannot say enough of how friendly the whole team have been since arriving. After advising by email previously regarding my wife struggling with stairs, they ensured we had an easy accessible room in Room 104 on the ground floor, close to pool area and restaurant alongside our daughters room. Even on the ground floor and overlooking the river, our nights were quiet with no road noise. The pool is clean and shaded in the afternoon so great for escaping the heat. Breakfast buffet offers a range of western and local options. Special thanks to Jim , the porter for helping with the luggage on our arrival and a smile each time we talked. I would recommend the Laluna to anyone who doesn't need a multitude of staff and 20 storey hotels. This hotel ticks all the boxes for us.
