Staying here is your chance to relax in a boutique retreat reflecting the essence of Hoi An ancient town’s characteristic style. We are next to green rice fields and winding village lanes, near the Thu Bon River and a short walk from Hoi An old town.
A unique feature bordering our grounds is an ancient neighborhood communal house, dedicated to the 15th century Thanh Ha pottery village founders. Few hotels can boast direct access to ‘their own temple’.
Resting within colorful tropical gardens, La Siesta Resort & Spa is split over two wings. The 70-roomed west wing is styled as an expansive, yet fashionably traditional, hotel. The east wing features old town characteristics across eight terraced townhouse villas accommodating 37 strikingly-period classic suites.
Relax at the full-service spa, where you can enjoy massages, body treatments and facials. You're sure to appreciate the recreational amenities, which include 4 outdoor swimming pools, a sauna and a fitness centre. Additional features at this hotel include complimentary wireless Internet access, concierge services and babysitting (surcharge).
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
I stay in quite a lot of hotels, including high-end properties, and I can honestly say that La Siesta Hoi An was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. What really makes this place special is the staff.
A huge thank you to Chloé, who went above and beyond throughout our stay. On our first night, our room was a little noisy. We later found out this was due to a special ceremony related to the typhoon from two years ago, so thankfully it wasn’t a recurring issue. Still, as soon as Chloé heard about it, she immediately took care of everything and upgraded us to an Executive Suite.
When she found out it was my birthday, she also arranged beautiful decorations in the room, a little birthday cake and personalized notes. Such thoughtful touches!
And it’s not just Chloé — every single member of staff we met was incredibly kind, warm, smiling and attentive. I’ve stayed in many hotels, and I honestly don’t think I’ve ever experienced this level of genuine hospitality from everyone, at every level.
We also loved the four pools, especially the quiet adults-only pool, which was perfect for reading and relaxing. And the swim-up bar was such a great bonus!
Breakfast was fantastic, and we really enjoyed both restaurants too.
We absolutely loved our stay and Hoi An. If we come back, La Siesta will definitely be our hotel again.

Best stay of MY LIFE! This was truly a magical place. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted in su h a personal way by the staff who are so friendly and accomodating and truly go above and beyond in every matter. I cannot stress enough how beautiful this oasis of a resort is. It has a ridiculous amount of amenities, 4 pools. 2 restaurants, gyms, an insane buffet breakfast, and the most incredible spa, and so many more! A very special shoutout to Chloe who was the sweetest person I have ever met! She personally saw that me and my friends had the stay of our dreams and helped us with so much. I will forever compare future hotel staff with her and the other amazing team members we had the joy of meeting. La Siesta truly has my heart now and we will be back!!!
AMAZING HOTEL! The service and staff were so so beautiful - the spa was beautiful and we went to the pool everyday! Breakfast buffet was so wonderful, everyone there is so friendly and accomodating! Chloe was so lovely and she made our stay 1000 times better! I will miss her and the hotel! ❤️🔥
La Siesta is a beautiful resort. We stayed for five nights and would have loved to stay longer!
On Arrival, Chloe greeted us so warmly and made us feel very welcome, and she took the time to carefully explain the resort facilities and services, which helped us enjoy everything.
All the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming . From start to finish, We were treated with such care and attention to detail.
We had a wonderful stay at this resort. The overall facilities were excellent and truly made our experience unforgettable.
