Fantastic Resort in Hoi an!
Beautiful resort, staff, atmosphere and food and hospitality was fantastic as well. We will be returning every year. We totally recommend Koi Resort & Spa Hoi an! Hannah, Nyla and Sarah at reception deserve acknowledgment for their outstanding customer service, along with Trang in the day spa as well as Trang in hospitality, fantastic!

Good but needs improvements
We were pleased with the accommodation but breakfast didn’t have much of a variety. I would like to thank Nyla Tiara for her assistance.

amazing
it was so wonderful the house was so accommodating and it has such a beautiful restaurant and the food for all of breakfast dinner and lunch was amazing . it’s very lovely to have the river by the side and the bridge which takes us away from the loud noises of the road so it’s a lovely quiet resort i definitely reccomend!!!!! Tiara Sarah was a wonderful host and made our stay even better and she was so welcoming and was lovely to have around overall i definately recommend you stay here
