Quiet and beautiful hotel !
A very pleasant sejourney in a quiet area. Staff is very carefully and the swimming pool is big. Breakfast with asian and european food with a large choice. We recommend this hotel 🤩

Bad !!
Stayed here the last 4 days. In short stay away ! We stayed here as part of a greater 14 night trip a deal holiday and yes feed back will be given to them as well. Hotel Manager was the rudest person I have ever encountered !! She was constantly rude and abrupt to every guest including myself on 3 occasions. While having a morning coffee the so called manager held a staff meeting and absolutely gave it to her staff yelling and screaming and pointing at them although in Vietnamese you could tell it was spectacularly bad. Rooms very dated. Bathroom full of mould with only a curtain to separate bedroom from bathroom (no huge but we are in 2026) Wifi was all but useless in our room especially at 3am went to front desk to complain which was met with it’s your device which clearly it wasn’t as it worked perfectly in lobby. Bar fridge in room was not cold at all and they never fixed it despite 2 complaints to reception. Pool was full of algae and we did risk a swim till we spotted it and never went back in. Room was not made up the day before we checked out and we had to ask 3 times over 12 hours for at least clean towels. JUST STAY AWAY!!!
