Spent seven nights recently in Bliss Hoi An and as a couple had a lovely time. Quite peaceful not your usual commercial hotel style establishment. Almost family style. Service and food top quality. We would recommend for sure. Paul from Australia
We have just returned from 7 nights at bliss for our 10 year wedding anniversary, and this resort definitely lives up to its name. Absolutely gorgeous. Beautifully well maintained grounds, breakfast was amazing with so many options to choose from. The pool area and poolside food and cocktails were all very good and we tried them all. Room service was amazing also. There is a free shuttle bus that takes you directly into Hoi an and back again multiple times a day. It’s about a 25 minute trip. There isn’t much out the front of the resort it is quite far out of town but definitely worth it if you would like a beautiful quite stay. There is a place to get your laundry done just down from where you turn into the road to the resort it was very cheap you will see the sign. Staff are so wonderful and will do anything to help you. They have great English. Shout out to Ly Lam - she is wonderful. Have absolutely nothing bad to say and would hands down come back again bringing our children next time.
We had a wonderful stay at Bliss Hoi An and would happily give this hotel the highest possible rating. It is a truly special place for anyone looking for peace, comfort, and a genuine connection with nature. The property is surrounded by an abundance of lush greenery, tropical plants, and beautiful landscaping. There are no high-rise buildings, which creates a wonderful sense of privacy, tranquillity, and harmony with nature. The whole atmosphere feels peaceful and secluded, making it very easy to relax. The food was excellent, and the breakfasts were particularly impressive: there was a great variety of options every day, with plenty to choose from, it was a pleasure to start each morning with such a good breakfast. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. Everyone was happy to help. We would especially like to mention Ms. Buu at the reception. Her warmth, hospitality, and genuine willingness to help made a particularly positive impression on us. She was always ready to assist and made us feel truly welcome. Another major advantage of Bliss Hoi An is the daily complimentary shuttle service to Hoi An. This is a fantastic benefit and makes exploring the town so easy and enjoyable. We could visit Hoi An at our own pace, wandering through its charming tourist streets, discovering little cafés, exploring the markets A well-deserved 10/10 — we would love to come back!
We had a lovely experience at the resort. Stunning interior and exterior, rooms were spacious and clean. Staff were very attentive and friendly and good English speaking skills. Breakfast had so many options and pool was stunning! Could not reccomend enough!
