Bliss Hoi An Beach Resort and Wellness

This resort completely exceeded our expectations. The grounds were beyond beautiful, like stepping into a tropical dream and the whole atmosphere was calm, luxurious, and welcoming.The staff were incredible. They took such good care of us and even upgraded us to a private pool villa for my partner’s birthday, plus surprised him with a cake. It made our stay feel so personal and memorable.We left feeling relaxed, appreciated, and already excited to come back. Truly a perfect stay.

I am so glad I chose this resort. We stayed 2 nights, but I would have liked to stay a little longer. Because the hotel offers quite a lot of tours and included activities on site. It was a really relaxing place to stay right on the beach. Also, the beach is exceptional because of the amazingly soft sand. So we would have had plenty to do for one more day. It was July so it was really hot during the day. So having a beachside bungalow was perfect. I could enjoy the view from my air conditioned room during the heat of the day. And it was just a few steps to go jump in the pool. Also, the outdoor shower off the back was a cool experience. The resort has a lot of Vietnamese character to it which made it more fun to be there. The breakfast was great. They had quite a lot of options of both Western and Asian choices plus some local things to try. The booking came with lots of freebies: round trip airport transfer, afternoon tea, vouchers to the spa and the restaurant, shuttle to Old Town Hoi An. It’s about a 20 minute drive from Old Town Hoi An, so the resort is pretty secluded and on a quiet beach. We tried the hotel restaurant for dinner and it was OK. If we had stayed longer we would have tried the seafood BBQ place next door. In general it felt like the staff were sincerely doing everything they possibly could to give us an amazing experience.

We had a magnificent stay at the Bliss Hotel for 9 days in June -July of this year. We came as a family of ten with our children and grandchildren to celbrate speacial occasions this year among us all. We were not diappointed. Its a beautiful Resort so well looked after and set out. We have stayed outside Hoi An 3 times now and whilst we loved the town , we also enjoyed being away from the busy life of town at a very good resort so reasonably priced for a big family. The food was excellent. Breakfast was extremely delicious. some nights we ate in Hoi An and some nights at the resort. A very servceable Shuttle Run is most accomodating but a Grab from anywhere between 10 to 15.00 Australian Dollars was well priced for a trip that takes 25 to 30 minutes. Great facilities with a Kids Club, excellent pool and right next to the beach. Great walks to match. If you are up for it, a nice town ( mixing witht he locals ) and a few shops just outside the resort. The best thing however about this place is the staff. They are all so well mannered, very accomodating and extremely hard working. We especially thank Tam in Reception ( big smile , beautiful english ) , Thu always smiling and accomodating in the Restaruant, Lam the Restaruant Manager, Tung so helpful and friendly, Tan the Chef who was so obliging and helpful with all our family needs ( excellent food too ) and Chong Le ( hope the spelling is correct ) in the Pool Bar was fantastic. We loved them all, even the garden staff , security etc who all smiled and said hello all the time. An excellent culture of positive attitudes , all our family loved them and we thank them all.
