Was very impressed with the hotel n the staff were exceptionally pleasnt n helpful. Lisa Hoan n Kira stood out for me. Will definately make a return visit

I really loved the hotel—it's quiet and peaceful, with cozy and spacious rooms. The bedding and amenities were spotless and snow-white, and the towels were changed every day. I’d especially like to mention Winnie at the front desk. She is a very pleasant young woman who was always ready to help and guide us, always with a polite smile and a great attitude. She helped us arrange a transfer to the old town, call taxis, and more. She truly brightened our stay and left us with wonderful impressions. It was so sad to say goodbye at the end of our trip; it was an amazing vacation! The only slight downside was that the hotel doesn't have its own private beach. However, they provide a shuttle to a beach a couple of kilometers away, where you get free sunbeds. The shuttle runs every hour, which is super convenient.

Fabulous staff- always helpful.
We had a wonderful staying at this hotel. The rooms were very clean but most importantly, the staff were amazing! So helpful. I left an item behind in my room- they found it and organised to forward it to my next location. We will be back. Thank you.

The hotel is clean, the Wi-Fi is reliable, and the staff are very friendly. I would especially like to thank Winnie and Nhi, who were always kind and helpful.
The main challenge was the food. Most of the dishes were Vietnamese, and the breakfast and restaurant menu were the same every day. It would be great if the hotel could offer a wider variety of halal and European dishes.
The beach is not within walking distance, but the hotel provides a free shuttle bus that takes about 5 minutes, which is convenient for guests.
