Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Second stay, love it here! Just a lovely hotel right on the river in the Old Town so very convenient to walk everywhere. Lovely large room with walk in shower, we had a balcony overlooking the pool, great amenities, friendly and helpful staff. We visited the spa three times for massage and facials, very good two for one deals, we didn’t bother looking elsewhere. Excellent service in a lovely environment made the stay extra special. Very good breakfasts, we ate by the pool too and took advantage of the happy hour deals as well as a buffet dinner one night which were all discounted. Client service was excellent helping us to book a couple of tours, all in all a really lovely and very enjoyable comfortable stay in this lovely hotel. Would recommend definitely.
We had the most wonderful stay at Bel Marina Hoi An, celebrating my 60th birthday with family and friends, and I honestly couldn’t have chosen a better place.
A very special thank you to Mr Henry, who was incredibly helpful even before we arrived. He went above and beyond with organising everything, answering all our questions and giving us advice and recommendations along the way. Having a large group made the planning a little more complicated, but Henry made everything feel easy and was always so helpful and responsive.
Once we arrived, Miss Hat and the two Miss Lisas were equally wonderful. They were so warm, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay and always made us feel so well looked after.
A special mention also to Miss Nancy in the day spa, who was absolutely lovely and helped make our spa experience such a relaxing and enjoyable part of our stay.
And of course, we have to mention all the lovely porter men, who were always smiling, friendly and ready to help. They became such a lovely part of our stay!
The resort itself is beautiful and the location is perfect — right on the edge of the gorgeous old town of Hoi An. But what really made our stay special was the wonderful staff and the genuine care they showed us throughout the week.
Celebrating such a milestone birthday surrounded by family and friends was incredibly special, and Bel Marina helped make it a week we will never forget.
Thank you to Mr Henry, Miss Hat, the two Miss Lisas, Miss Nancy, all the wonderful porter men and the entire Bel Marina team. You made our stay truly memorable, and we hope to see you all again one day.
The location of the Bel Marina is close to the old town and quietly positioned in lovely gardens. The staff are very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Our room was lovely, large and very comfortable. The atmosphere is fun. The pool downstairs is very inviting. The infinity pool upstairs was gorgeous, particularly at night. Bel Marina is very well priced for the location, rooms, breakfast and amenities. We will be back.
