Sensational hotel, great services and some of the friendliest staff I’ve ever come across. Would recommend to everyone.
This was a great stay, from the room standard to the breakfasts, dinner service and poolside cocktails. All of the staff were happy, friendly and very helpful, especially the new manager Lisa who was very attentive and professional. We have no hesitation. In recommending Bel Marina to anyone coming to Hoi An. The location is very near to all attractions.
The room was excellent with a great view of the river. All the staff were very welcoming, helpful and friendly. The restaurant manager; Lisa, was our favourite - very jolly with a big, friendly smile. The cleanliness of the resort was very good. The room service (sometimes several times a day) and attention to detail was fabulous. The resorts organised evening functions were all good value and very good fun. Very well done Bel Marina :)
Exceptional service, location, beautiful hotel. Very large room, housekeeping service immaculate, all the hotel staff couldn't do enough for you, very helpful, attentive. Easy 10 minute walk over bridge to old town. Had laundry service twice, massages, very clean spa. Spa manager, Henry in Valet, Van Kyuen in breakfast area really assisted me with excellent service. The only improvement needed maybe in the breakfast food. Lots of choice, but the hot food could be tastier.
We had The Most Fantastic time ,albeit short at the resort.I highly recommend this hotel as it is conveniently situated within walking distance to the market,Thu Bon River where you can release a paper lantern, the Japanese Covered bridge..The staff is exceptional!!! The little touches like offering is a cold drink for our ride to the airport.I was very impressed with the service ,our enormous bed in our room and will definitely be back!
