Incredible hotel. Staff are absolutely wonderful, the rooms are beautiful, the location is fantastic, and it is in an amazing location. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. If going to Hoi An, you should stay here. Truly a 5 star experience for really great value.
We had a wonderful stay at Allegro Hoi An. The real highlight of the hotel is the incredible staff. Tapie, Hilary and so many other wonderful team members made our family feel genuinely welcome. Nothing was ever too difficult, and the hospitality was truly first class.
The hotel itself is beautiful, the location is excellent, and the food in the restaurant was fantastic. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return. Highly recommended!
Lovely hotel just a few minutes walking distance from the historic city center of Hoi An.
The staff is very friendly, welcoming and attentive.
Breakfast is also wonderful and the setting and variety offered are wonderful.
During our stay Tapie made sure we had everything we needed and that we were happy. I would definitely return here.
Area felt very safe and very easy to get a Grab car when needed.
There very nice people and also Sophia is very helpful to us and she so nice and smiling all the time.
This was our second stop in Vietnam and the hotel was fantastic. It was located close to the town and you could borrow bikes from the hotel or use the shuttle bus to the beach.Rooms are big, clean and beautiful. The only downside to the room although it had a balcony the wall was so high you were unable to see anything from it. The breakfast was very good with a variety of foods to choose from. The staff were amazing, nothing was too much trouble and so friendly, especially Sophie, who always made us feel so welcome and chatted to us at breakfast. I would highly recommend this hotel and would liked to have stayed longer
