Fantastic Beachfront Stay with Exceptional Service!
We had a wonderful stay! The hotel environment is so comfortable, and our room had a beautiful view facing the beach—it was a perfect 10/10 experience. Everything in the room was spotless and well-kept. The staff was super friendly, with a special shoutout to Henry! We asked him about nearby spas, and he went out of his way to call and make a booking for us. He also gave us fantastic recommendations for local attractions and was so helpful. Thank you, Henry

What a hotel…
Spent 6 nights here with my wife and son (July into August) and it was fantastic. The communication with the hotel staff leading upto our visit was spot-on, and they arranged our Airport pickup and drop off. It all ran like clockwork. The check-in process was a breeze and we were given a nice cold welcome drink and a lovely macaron. Our bags were very quickly whipped upto our room so we could immediately start enjoyong the facilities. Our room on the 16th floor was great. Lovely light, airy and contemporary setup with a sea view and incredible view of the entire Da Nang coastline. The bathroom was ideal too. Everything we needed for our stay and the correct number of items for the family. The room was very comfortable and gave is everything we needed and more. The Ceila sky bar and pool area…wow. Food was great m, not just in Ceila but served around that anazing infinity pool too. Also, the views from the pool area AND on the other side from Ceila were incredible. Breakfast was amazing. Such a varied spread from fresh made to order eggs and Pho, to various fruits, yoghurts, pastries, cheeses and various hot foods, all presented beautifully. The drinks option were brilliant too, from juices to teas, coffees (hot or iced)… you cannot fsil to find something appealing to make a delicious breakfast and the staff were all to ready to help. Which leads me to my last point. The staff. The staff at this hotel are incredible. So polite, welcoming and very professional. They really made us feel valued during our stay. Absolutely A+. Would I stay here again? Absolutely without doubt. Brava Voco Ma Belle and thank you so much.

Great hotel - highly recommended!
Great location, wide variety of breakfast buffet selection - love the DIY Vietnam coffee, superb family room. We enjoyed our 6D5N stay in this hotel!

Fantastic stay
Excellent service from Tracy Chau Mia at the front desk. Fantastic location and very high quality Western-style rooms. Breakfast buffet is a Western-Asian fusion with a huge assortment.
