Due to the operation of Intercontinental, the operation seems to be strict. There is no such thing as hospitality without a smile! In such a voco Da Nang, the only person full of hospitality is Mr. PETER of Bellman. And MS MIA at the front desk. Only these three MS IRIS behind the scenes are full of hospitality, especially the Bellman, who is equal to all customers and always smiles.
We stayed in this hotel for three nights in September and really enjoyed out stay. We had a oceanfront suite (bedroom + extra sitting room) and it was great. Although I have given five stars it wasn't quite prefect:
Also be aware that there was lots of noise from the beach at night and in the morning. Of course not the hotel's fault.
Service at the Lyla restaurant by Tina and Men were amazing. Very sweet, attentive servers, extremely patient and kind with my 3 year old toddler who can be a handful. They were so quick to clear my plates which is critical when you have an active toddler!

Location is good near the beach and all the staff we’ve encountered have been especially friendly.
The property overall was clean and modern. The room was also great. We were upgraded to a sea view room. This meant that sometimes you did hear the “banh bao day” at night but it was fine.
The IHG program provided a lot of value for us with this stay. Breakfast for us was included with Diamond IHG status at Lyla on the 1st floor. Tina Tay Linh helped us so much at breakfast and even got us a coffee to go. There were a lot of options at breakfast that they rotated so you won’t be having the exact same options daily.
The only downside was probably the elevators. During busy times, such as check-in/check-out times, the elevator took especially long. But we learned to just avoid coming in and out during those hours.
