Customer service was absolutely terrible. When I received my room, it was extremely dirty. The bathroom had not been cleaned at all—there was still urine on the toilet, and hair was scattered on the floor and around the sink.
When I spoke to the manager and reported the condition of the room, there was not even a single apology. The only thing the manager asked was whether I wanted to change rooms if another room was available. However, the hotel was very busy, and they did not even know whether another room was available.
I could not possibly stay in that room, especially since I had made my reservation in advance. The manager at the Voco hotel did not apologize or make any real effort to help. Instead, I was left to walk out of the hotel and find another place to stay.
My family, including my children, had to walk around looking for another hotel and ended up searching until the evening. It was extremely stressful and completely unacceptable.
When I requested a refund for my reservation, the hotel took more than a month to process it. After I followed up again after a month, they only refunded part of the amount. I then had to contact them again to ask about the remaining balance.
The customer service at this hotel was extremely disappointing. They clearly do not seem to care about their guests or about providing proper hospitality and service.
Very disappointing experience. If you are planning a trip, I strongly not recommend

We really enjoyed our stay at Voco Da Nang, starting with its fantastic beachfront location.
We stayed in a suite on a high floor specifically to make the most of the panoramic sea view, and it was absolutely worth it. Waking up to that expanse of coastline was one of the highlights of the stay.
The gym was another pleasant surprise. It is very well positioned, with treadmills facing directly towards the sea - certainly one of the better views I have had while exercising in a hotel!
We also enjoyed the food. The pool bar restaurant was a good option for a relaxed meal, while the all-day dining restaurant deserves particular praise. Breakfast was extremely busy during our stay, yet the team handled it impressively. The buffet was constantly monitored and replenished, and despite the number of guests, everything remained well organised. Managing a busy breakfast operation that smoothly is not easy, so credit where it is due.
There are still a couple of areas where the hotel could improve, particularly housekeeping and room service, which did not quite match the standard of the rest of the operation during our stay. I have written to the hotel directly with some constructive suggestions rather than detailing them here, as overall our experience was a very positive one.
Great location, wonderful views, a strong food and beverage operation and plenty to enjoy. With a little more consistency in some of the in-room services, Voco Da Nang has all the ingredients to be an excellent resort experience.

We had a wonderful stay at Voco. The breakfast buffet was fantastic with a great variety of delicious options. The rooftop offers beautiful sea view and the room was very comfortable and cozy. You can also enjoy massage at spa upstairs. The service was exceptional throughout our stay. Staff here is very friendly and welcoming. A special thank you to Henry from the concierge team who was incredibly kind, helpful, and always ready to assist. He really made our stay even more enjoyable. Would definitely recommend this hotel !!
