The hotel is spacious, with attentive service and a friendly staff. I was particularly impressed by Thanh Thao at the reception; she was nice and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at The Nalod Hotel in Da Nang and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the beautiful location and comfortable rooms to the excellent service, everything made our stay enjoyable and relaxing.
What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional hospitality of the staff. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely committed to making sure we had a great stay.
A very special thank you to Thao Hoang, who went above and beyond to take care of us throughout our stay. Thao was incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful, always making sure that our needs were taken care of and that we were comfortable. Her warm personality and outstanding customer service really made a difference and made our experience at The Nalod feel much more personal.
It’s employees like Thao who leave a lasting impression and make guests want to return. She is a true asset to the hotel, and we sincerely appreciate everything she did for our family.
