The service is excellent, pool has good view and drink. Staff is helpful, and friendly, special Kate and Rinka at reception. I will comeback.

This Da Nang hotel is the worst I’ve ever stayed in. Avoid it at all costs. It’s not a 4-star hotel, and its location is terrible. It’s far from the beach and right next to apartment complexes and street vendors, making it impossible to sleep. You can literally hear street vendors until 3:00-4:00am from upper floors. To top it off, they only provide huge, Shrek-sized pillows. We called reception to ask if they could provide proper pillows, and they confirmed they only had these. Even though the air conditioning worked, it was useless. We were sweating the entire night. We didn't bother to complain based on the rude response we've received from reception. The breakfast was basic and tasteless. The elevators are outdated, and there are no robes in the rooms. The front desk staff was incredibly rude, the worst I’ve ever encountered. Their shampoo and body wash smelled like tuna fish. The only reason we stayed at this hotel is because our flight got canceled. We stayed at another REAL 4-star hotel near the beach which was amazing. I travelled to 32 countries , and I promise you this is by far one of the worst experiences in my lifetime. There are better and cheaper options that are near the beach. Do yourself a favor and book another hotel. I don't know how this hotel is still in business.
