Magnificent resort, but it lacks atmosphere
Title: Magnificent resort, but it lacks atmosphere
We had a very good stay at Sheraton Grand Danang. The resort is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and everything is exceptionally clean. The staff were friendly, attentive and always willing to help.
The pool is magnificent, but unfortunately, there is very little atmosphere around it. It was extremely quiet, with hardly any guests, no music and no real entertainment, so at times we felt completely alone. The poolside service was also very slow. Since the resort is far from the city centre, the hotel should offer more activities, music and entertainment so guests can remain at the resort and genuinely enjoy their day.
We also found the number of rules and notices about charges and fines excessive. We understand that the hotel must protect its property, but repeatedly displaying how much guests will be charged for breaking a bottle or damaging an item feels too imposing for a five-star resort. These policies could be communicated more discreetly and elegantly.
The property is also extremely spread out, so everything feels far away and requires a lot of walking. It has more of a large resort or villa atmosphere than the lively feeling of a traditional five-star hotel.
Overall, it is a beautiful property with excellent potential and very good staff, but it needs more atmosphere, faster poolside service and more entertainment.

Just what I needed but didn’t realise!
Beautiful spa and a super relaxing massage from Vy. I fell asleep. Twice and woke myself up snoring! The perfect solution t a year of constant stress at work!!!
