Staff are enthusiastic and helpful, especially Binh (pool staff) who assisted us and knowledgeable about local weather.

Plunge pool Rooms are very noisy, I would reccomend for guest to opt for higher floor with sea view
This resort is amazing! Beautiful gardens. First class amenities, especially the Shine Spa with Hang - what a lovely experience from the minute I arrived. The rooms are very spacious with views to the ocean. The dining options are excellent. We chose to sit and watch the waves while we ate most meals. The resort staff have that old school customer service makes you feel special.
