We spent three nights at the Radisson Hotel Da Nang on relatively short notice, and our expectations were more than exceeded.
We stayed in a family room with an ocean view, and it was truly excellent - very spacious, spotless, smartly and beautifully furnished, quiet, and featuring a breathtaking balcony with a 180-degree view of the sea.
The service was fantastic, and the staff were exceptional - even by Vietnamese standards; they are doing a truly great job here.
Breakfast was extraordinary - varied and fresh, with no issues accommodating special requests. You can even order certain specialty coffees free of charge. In addition to the other outstanding staff members, I would like to give special mention to Khanh, the restaurant manager, and - last but not least - Christian, the hotel manager. He was personally attentive to us and frequently visible around the hotel, rather than just staying in his office. He is always ready to listen and has a wonderful way of interacting with both guests and staff. Keep up the great work!
We miss you all and will definitely be back. ❤️
This is the first time I come here. The vivid bar so beautiful. I met Tung, he so friendly and recommend a lot of local food/ drink for me. He made good cocktails.

I had a good time. phu is professional
Worst experience hotel ever stayed in Vietnam Very rude staff plus the manager is super rude (Mr Christian kohnert) is the rudest manager I have ever met in a hotel industry The staff is super racist about who gets the room first Never recommend the hotel to stay
