Beautiful resort for family stay in Danang. The kids club in the resort is a highlight as it provides a lot of fun activities for our kids during our stay. Ms Thuy and Ms Thao who took care of the kids are both very sweet and friendly, our kids love to come to kids club every morning.
Great experience at Pullman Resort Da Nang. Special thanks to Kelvin, who was very friendly, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. He really made the experience even better. Highly recommended!

I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to the entire team at Pullman Beach Resort (especially Mr. Chau and Mrs. Hang) for going above and beyond to make my mum and dad’s wedding anniversary so incredibly special.
The night before their wedding anniversary (in the middle of their stay), I called the resort with a request to arrange a surprise anniversary gift and to make their room feel extra special. From the moment I made the call, the staff were so warm, accommodating and genuinely helpful. They listened carefully to every little request I had and went out of their way to make sure everything was arranged beautifully.
I was especially touched by how timely, efficient and thoughtful the team was in preparing my mum and dad’s room. Everything was set up so beautifully, and it was clear that the staff put genuine care and effort into creating a memorable surprise for them.
What could have simply been a request became such a meaningful experience for my family. Seeing my mum and dad’s happiness made it all worthwhile, and I am truly grateful to the Pullman team for helping me create such a beautiful anniversary memory for them.
Thank you to everyone involved for your kindness, professionalism and attention to detail. Your willingness to accommodate my every request and make the occasion special did not go unnoticed.
