The Nang Spa
I had full body massage at The Nang and with Oanh’s service, I had a very pleasant spa experience.
Brilliant
The hotel meets all my needs. What needs to be especially mentioned is that the service is exceptional and far superior from all the other hotels I have stayed in. All the staff were extremely helpful and went out of their way to help in any way possible. I particularly wish to mention the services of one particular staff who went beyond the call and f her duties to help my wife when she was unwell. Thank you very much for a very enjoyable time. Hope to see you again soon.
Very good spa for a chill holiday
Perfect experience from start to finish! The spa environment and overall service are flawless. My masseuse, Nhi, is amazing—she has the perfect massage pressure and provides top-tier hospitality. Highly recommend!

great experience
relax trip, we spent almost time at the spa and it was very good. We also want to thank to Guest Services Evie for helping us contacting the grab driver when my friend lost his bag in the car. The breakfast had a lot of choices
My stay at Pullman Danang
The facilities at the hotel were excellant. The room was very comfortable and well set up. The main reason, however, for my 5 star rating is the staff. They were absolutely exceptional - friendly, helpful and delightful with excellant language and communication skills. Jolie & Jaymie in particular helped me with on-going travel and tour arrangements
