Most of the staff I met during my stay were incredibly helpful and genuinely welcoming. They were always ready to assist with a warm smile , and I could really feel their sincerity. It made me appreciate how much effort they put into making every guest feel comfortable.A special thank you to Ms. Lucy ( Thao Vo ) and to the young doorman at the front entrance. Sorry I can’t remember his name.
The complimentary services, including breakfast, afternoon tea, and the herbal footbath, were all excellent and definitely added to the overall experience. The hotel itself was peaceful and quiet, which made it a perfect place to relax.
I had stayed at another hotel nearby on a previous trip, but this time I decided to try this one for a change. I'm so glad I did because I was completely satisfied with my stay. I would happily come back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

We went for dinner at the Veranda and the staff were super friendly and polite. Man-Tra and Thilly-Trung went out of their way to make sure we had an enjoyable experience.
I love this hotel so much. Uyen Linh sy Linh vu were all amazing and they went above and beyond to make sure our stay was excellent. Highly recommended stay
This was our first time visiting Da Nang, so everything felt new to us. Among the three hotels we stayed at in Da Nang, this was definitely one of our favorites.
The ocean view from our room was beautiful, with no buildings blocking the view. It felt so peaceful and relaxing, and we really enjoyed having such an open view of the sea.
The hotel staff were especially helpful and kind. They worked very well together and helped us make restaurant reservations during our stay. Thanks to their recommendations and assistance, we had some really delicious meals at the restaurants we asked them to book for us. Fortunately, none of the restaurants required a deposit, which made everything even more convenient.
A special thank you to Lucy Sale , Uyen customer, Man Food and doorman ..a man who looks to be around 40 years old ?!, and the housekeeping Loi or Loan . I’m not completely sure if I remember their names correctly. I sincerely hope I got them right, because I would really like them to receive the recognition they deserve.
Their kindness, helpfulness, and attention to detail truly made our stay more memorable. Thank you for taking such good care of us!
