Everything was wonderful.
Most of the staff I met during my stay were incredibly helpful and genuinely welcoming. They were always ready to assist with a warm smile , and I could really feel their sincerity. It made me appreciate how much effort they put into making every guest feel comfortable.A special thank you to Ms. Lucy ( Thao Vo ) and to the young doorman at the front entrance. Sorry I can’t remember his name.
The complimentary services, including breakfast, afternoon tea, and the herbal footbath, were all excellent and definitely added to the overall experience. The hotel itself was peaceful and quiet, which made it a perfect place to relax.
I had stayed at another hotel nearby on a previous trip, but this time I decided to try this one for a change. I'm so glad I did because I was completely satisfied with my stay. I would happily come back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
Afternoon Tea
I came for an afternoon tea. The menu was variety with best quality. The Marketing coordinator Nhi, was so kind and attentive, she made sure I am comfortable and enjoying my food. The service is top notch! She even offered to take photos and videos of the most amazing view of the beach. Thank you so much Nhi, I will deffinitely come back to stay.

As a frequent regular guest staying at the same hotel. Services in all departments staffs were friendly and offer assistance when help needed.
Good Breakfast spreads, varieties of foods choices as it changes daily.
Good location and convenient,easily access to all places of interests.
