We had a really great stay at this hotel in Da Nang. The hotel was fresh, clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was also very good with plenty of options.
What really stood out, however, was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay, an extra big thank you to Linh and Marina who both went the extra mile to make us feel at home. The staff were especially helpful when it came to planning excursions and activities, giving us great tips and recommendations and helping us arrange everything we needed.
Overall, a very pleasant stay and a hotel we would happily recommend to anyone visiting Da Nang. We will definitely stay here again if we ever get the chance!
Great Ambience, Especially Laura(Staff) very professional at dining... Roof top swiming pool with beach view is the Special part in Pavilion Da nang.
Alana the receptionist was amazing, upon arrival she welcomed me with great enthusiasm and such a warm smile, I was welcome with a nice cold drink and the porter kindly took my luggage to my room. Breakfast 10/10 good selection I was able to try everything, Bonus rooftop swimming pool and bar 10/10, Sea views from my window 10/10 Hotel location 10/10 just across the road from the beach, plenty of restaurants and convenience stores located next to the Hotel, so many food option to choose from. Hotel and staff was amazing 10/10 especially Alana for making me feel so welcomed! I have stayed at 5 different hotels since arriving in Vietnam and I must say this was by far the best! I will definitely be coming back here aswel as recommended this Hotel to others. As I am from the UK and stayed at the Ritz-Carlton, St. Regis Hotels & Resorts and Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts I can honestly say Pavilion Hotel Da Nang was on the same level if not better. Thank you Alana and staff for making my stay amazing I will definitely be coming back!
