Fantastic resort in every way
I absolutely loved this resort! It exceeded my expectations in every way.
The service is outstanding. A fantastic blend of friendly, yet professional. The number of staff all over the resort that greeted us by our names was truly impressive.
There’s a wonderful vibe to the resort. We enjoyed good music at the Lounge bar and live music at the Beach BBQ night at Terra Mare. We had an absolutely fabulous Sunday brunch at Citron to celebrate our anniversary and they spoilt us with the spectacular conical booth outside overlooking the water.
The private beach is lovely and the water was clean and clear. The water sports staff were attentive and it was easy to go for a kayak or SUP or have a hit of beach pickle ball.
As you would expect at a 5 star resort the food was excellent. I also loved the interior design of the resort. Every space felt luxurious and the whole resort was spotlessly clean. We wish we had stayed longer! We left to also stay at the Four Seasons Nam Hai but I much prefer the Intercontinental! It has better food, service, activities, amenities and atmosphere compared to the Four Seasons in my opinion.
Although we didn’t have our kids with us we noticed that there seemed to be a lot of different activities to entertain kids. Even kids craft corners in the restaurants to keep the kids entertained while parents enjoyed a leisurely meal. I never heard an upset child once no doubt because they were kept busy!
While all the staff were fantastic I’d like to thank two staff members - Thien Tran and Trang Nguyen for their exceptionally friendly service. We will be back!

The ladies running guest service are rude and unwilling to compromise
Everything except customer service. You’d think in a place like this it would be top tier but it’s not, in fact the women who run guest services are awful and have zero customer service skills when it comes to an issue arising. No help! No accommodation.
An Exceptional Stay
Overall, the hotel was exceptionally clean, and the daily housekeeping and room maintenance were flawless. We were also deeply impressed by the warm hospitality of every staff member.
In particular, Lucas, the manager in charge of our room, was incredibly kind and professional. Throughout our stay, he responded to all of our requests promptly and with genuine care, which truly exceeded our expectations. Thanks to Lucas, our experience at the hotel felt even more perfect.
If we have the opportunity to visit again, it would be an honor to meet Lucas once more. Thank you very much for making our stay so memorable.
