Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.

Fabulous location just across the road from the beach. The road is busy but there is an underground subway to cross the road. Rooms are very clean. Our room was lovely on the 9th floor with a sea view. The bed, pillows and bedding were super comfortable. The bathroom was huge with a walk in shower and a free standing bath. Most of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The young man working on the pool bar could have benefited from some customer service training. They serve afternoon tea either by the pool or in the restaurant each day. It’s nice until you see guests handling food without using tongs. The pool and sun beds need updating. There were some tiles missing from the pool in places and green algae on some parts. The noise from some of the beach bars goes on well into the night. Great hotel in a great location.
