The room atmosphere is quite good. Facilities are at the level of 5 stars *****.. our Check in time is at 3pm upon we check in. I asked to get early check in around 1pm. As hotelier, I knew that International standard is at 2pm. So that take it easy and accept their receptionist words. Then we go down to the beach.
When we came back to take key to go up to room around 2:35pm . They said that room is ready. Then we got 18 floor and go up. According to anniversary date, we came and enjoyed in this beach hotel as one night. Before that we stayed at Novotel (3days). When we entered the room, there is Twin type of bed. I want to see that what is their reaction. So that I call reception and to change to room with king bed type. Receptionist call and say apologies to me. No need to apologise I said. Main point is before check in they should know whether couple or not.
Finally, they take quick action by sending HK team. To change the bed type. In this case , I notice that HK supervisor Ms. Tin, she knows my expression and quickly ask me what I would like to do. Due to her smile and my expression calm down and everything is alright and she did what I asked. After that she came back and gave me 2 packages of milk. At that time I am surprised and all my mood is satisfied.
Another surprised , before go down to beach in the evening around 4pm, one of Receptionist , I forgot the name, came and knock the door and gave the “Lovely Tiramisu Cake’” - Really appreciated of the action taken and Thank you for everything.
It is worth for 5 stars level..
This was our fifth time state at this location. You couldn’t ask for a better location along the beach with a view of the sunrise every morning from this week from a customer service from the staff the food location we love everything about this hotel.
On holiday celebrating wedding anniversary. The staff upgraded our room to beach side, provided a small cake and fruit at arrival. The location is very good, the room and pool nice. The breakfast was simple. However the morning of departure the boy in 1408 was ringing rooms doorbells at 5:30 and 6:30 am on the 14th floor. We know this because my wife caught the brother. When checking out on Ju e 30th I explained that we were woken twice, the desk personal dismissed this as ' Just Kids'. Totally disconcerting and unprofessional. Doubtful we would stay at this hotel again.

Staying ten nights in a hotel isn’t always recognized unless you’re part of a loyalty program, but that was definitely not the case here. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by smiling, welcoming, and genuinely helpful staff. Our check‑in was prioritized, and we were pleasantly surprised to be advised of complimentary spa treatments and a free return airport transfer, simply because of our long stay. This immediately made my wife and me feel truly special and welcome. We stayed in a Premier Deluxe Ocean View room, which was an excellent size. The bed was very comfortable, there were lovely sitting areas with cushions, and the bathroom was exceptionally spacious, featuring a deep two‑person bathtub—perfect for relaxing. The hotel’s location directly across from the beach was ideal, and we appreciated having the choice between the beach and the hotel’s two swimming pools, including one specifically designed for children. We also tried room service and were very pleased. The club sandwich and spaghetti bolognese were both served hot, generously sized, tasty, and great value for money. Overall, we would like to sincerely thank the staff for their consistently friendly and helpful service throughout our stay. Their warmth and professionalism turned what was already a lovely hotel into a truly memorable experience.
