This is perhaps the best hotel I have ever stayed at; I would like to thank the housekeeping team for their exceptional assistance during my stay, and the reception staff for always being so welcoming to guests.
I had another delightful stay at Grand Mercure Danang, and the experience was every bit as good as it was two years ago. What I particularly fond of about this hotel is its unique location. It feels remarkably green and peaceful, with plenty of trees and open space, whilst still being conveniently close to the airport and well situated for getting around Danang. The overall stay was thoroughly comfortable and consistent with my previous visit. I was especially impressed by the front office team. Everyone was welcoming and professional, and Trang in particular was exceptionally helpful and warm. It is always a pleasure when a hotel maintains such a high standard of service over time. I would happily recommend Grand Mercure Danang to my friends and would certainly look forward to staying again.
We had a truly fantastic stay at Grand Mercure Danang from start to finish. A special and heartfelt thanks goes to Ms Mai Trang at the front desk for being exceptionally enthusiastic, attentive, and welcoming throughout our entire visit! Her warm hospitality really set a positive tone for this trip. The hotel pool area is beautiful and offers a wonderfully unique view overlooking the lush plants growing directly out of the water, creating a surprisingly serene spot to unwind. Every morning, the breakfast buffet impressed us with its delicious flavors and an expansive variety of high-quality Western options to choose from. On top of that, you simply cannot miss dining at the Golden Dragon restaurant inside the hotel—their handmade dim sum is remarkably flavorful and authentic! Chi, one of the staff members here, has great knowledge of dim sum and Chinese food overall. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Da Nang and will definitely return on our next trip.
