I had a wonderful experience at Grand Mercure. The staff were friendly, professional, and attentive throughout my stay. The service was excellent, and the staff were always willing to assist with any requests. The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. I was very satisfied with the service and would definitely consider staying here again.

We had an amazing stay with Grand Mercure Danang. Room was spacious and clean, location was very convenient. Breakfast was decious with many options. The team were all friendly and the Concierge team was really amazing with their recommendations, especially Mr. Huy. Thank you, we would come back next time we come to the city.

I was on a business trip at the hotel throughout September and would like to share my experience. I especially want to give a big thank you to the F&B team on the 21st floor. First of all, I really appreciate the warm welcome, support, and friendliness from Ngoc, Nhi, Hong, and Quynh. You were all very helpful and welcoming to both me and my daughter. She is still quite young, but everyone was incredibly kind and supportive of her. Staying at the hotel was truly a wonderful and memorable experience. I deeply appreciate all your hospitality and am definitely looking forward to coming back again.
