This hotel was a real struggle for me. Whenever a hotel room has an awful bathroom it really ruins the experience. For some reason there are multiple openings at the shower floor, so any time I needed to shower there was water all over the floor in multiple areas surrounding the shower. This meant that I needed to constantly use towels to dry the floor so it wasn't a slippery mess any time I needed to enter the bathroom. The sink pressure was also incredibly strong so any time you turn on the water, if you don't turn it on very gently with two hands the water would splash everywhere and outside of the sink. The hotel also doesn't offer washcloths, so you have to wash your body with your hands, which is definitely not something I want to do while I'm on vacation (though may not be an issue for some). When I saw that there was no washcloth, I called the front desk to request one, along with an extra hand towel, and the person only brought one hand towel. After asking if they had any washcloths, and overcoming the language barrier, the employee said he would find and bring one. I waited for 30 minutes and he never came, so I called the front desk and the same employee responded and said "We don't have any", but it would've been nice for him to call back or come back to my room to notify me of this, instead of leaving me waiting... Also the smoking area is in the area you need to walk through to access the second attached tower of the building, which means you have to walk through it and breathe in smoke to get to your room and the 24 hour mart…
Other than that this hotel is good. It's a 5 minute walk to My Khe beach, the breakfast was high quality with many options, and there are many places around the hotel to shop, eat, and get money from the ATM.

We are currently staying here now. The rooms are very clean, spacious and smell nice. The staff are kind and approachable even with the languange barrier. Location is great. Everything is walking distance, beach, restaurants, pubs, pharmacy, laundry etc.... The Hotel Restaurant also cooks good food! Maraming Salamat Golden Lotus!
The hotel was very nice in everything , the service , the breakfast and the location , everyday we had our room clean with clean towels , the stuff working in the hotel was very kind and helpful every time we need something . 100% recommended
