Overall good, but....
It was good overall, but I would recommend not having any laundry done through the hotel as it is pay by the piece and you can get a whole bag of washing done for the price of 1 shirt.
Holiday in Da Nang 🙃
The hotel is very dated it needs a lot of upgrades. It shouldn NOT be in the Marriott family. The employees are very friendly language is a big barrier.

I arrived at Four Points by Sheraton Da Nang very late at night, so I expected that the check-in process and hotel information might be brief. However, Ms. Tram went above and beyond with her warm hospitality, detailed explanations, and exceptional kindness despite the late hour. She made us feel genuinely welcome from the very first moment.
The hotel itself has excellent facilities, but what truly made our stay memorable was the outstanding service provided by Ms. Tram. Her professionalism and friendliness left a lasting impression on us. If I visit Da Nang again, I will definitely choose this hotel again. Highly recommended!
