Had a wonderful stay for 4nights . It's was a very good vacation and the hotel stay was very pleasant.Me being trained in hospitality industry and have worked for Westin hotel Singapore in the 90's would say the high standards set by the hotel is very impressive. The service from the bell hop and through our the entire department, they strive to give the best. Me and wife surely will check in again in future and recommend this hotel to anyone who is planning a trip to Da Nang. The location is close to the beach and to get the morning sunrise was memorable eventually. If course surrounded by lots of restaurants,pub and covineience store, leave your worries behind and enjoy your holiday in Da Nang
Do not book here! Awful experience, staff and hotel. We booked a connecting apartment with sea view and when we arrived, the rooms were facing a wall. We asked if we could change rooms to a sea view and they said that they were fully booked. We showed them on booking.com that they were still available and we would be happy to use the credit of our already paid for rooms, we were told we have to pay an extra 1,000,000 dong difference per night! Absolute scam. They keep deleting our reviews too!
The hotel was first class. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms clean and comfortable. Great breakfast and afternoon tea taken on roof bar area which also has a pool. Recommend.
I have been extremely impressed by quality of service, rooms including cleanliness and food. All the staff (house keeping, restaurant team, concierge, reception special Jenny and staff at pool area) have been professional, courteous, friendly and well dressed. They are all a wonderful team. Thanks for what is proving to be a very enjoyable stay. Craig
