We stayed at the Navatara for 5 weeks and couldn't have wished for better. It's a small hotel, 37 rooms, so it has a lovely family feel. The rooms are excellent. We had a Grand Deluxe and it was large space with very comfortable bed and bedding , strong aircon, powerful shower and excellent TV. The swimming pool was lovely too. We didnt have breakfast so can't comment on that although the food in the restaurant was nice when we ordered room service. Room service finished quite early but the location is within easy walking distance to many restaurants and there is a 7-11 next door. They have a very regular return shuttle service to Nai Harn and Yanui beaches, highly recommended, as well as the Rawai fish market and Prom Thep cape lookout point for the evening sunset. You can also request the shuttle for a small fee to nearby restaurants. All the staff are amazing. Drivers very friendly and safe, housekeeping do an excellent job too and they provide daily bottles of water, tea and coffee for the room. The reception team outshone themselves and they were so helpful to us when we needed assistance with local matters as well multiple rearranging of cancelled flights. Truly grateful to Anita, Benz, Nan and Namwhan. We highly recommend this lovely hotel to anyone looking for the perfect location in Rawai.
This resort offered us a tranquil haven after a busy travel schedule. Kind and accommodating staff made our experience even better. A comfortable room and great on-site amenities were much appreciated. Convenient location and daily shuttles made local transport easy. We had a lovely time and hope to be back soon!
We loved our stay at Navatara Phuket and would happily return. It’s a lovely, relaxed hotel with spacious, spotlessly clean rooms, a large pool and a good gym — and it offers excellent value for money.
The real highlight, though, was the staff. Everyone was incredibly warm and helpful, with a special mention to Moo and Lek in the kitchen, Benz, Anita and Nan on reception. Moo was particularly wonderful with our children and was always going the extra mile to make our stay special. Room service and lunch by the pool was also excellent — quick, delicious, reasonably priced and always delivered with a smile.
We visited during the rainy season but actually had very little rain, so it was a great time to be in Phuket. The hotel has a very relaxed atmosphere and is a perfect base for exploring the Rawai area. There’s a free shuttle to nearby beaches, or for just 100 baht they’ll take you to other local destinations, which we found really convenient.
There are plenty of good restaurants within walking distance, but Rawai View deserves a special mention — the food is excellent and it’s a great spot for a special occasion.
Our favourite beach was Nai Harn. The waves were big while we were there, but the beach itself is beautiful and has a wonderfully laid-back feel.
Overall, we had a fantastic stay. Navatara is a friendly, comfortable and relaxed hotel. We’d happily recommend it, particularly to families.
We absolutely loved our stay at Navatara Phuket Resort! It genuinely felt like staying in a lovely holiday home, but with all the benefits of a resort, the buffet breakfast, room service and, best of all, no cooking! The pool was wonderful for cooling off and having fun together, and the relaxed, peaceful atmosphere made it such an easy place to unwind as a family. The staff really made our stay special. A huge thank you to Moo, Lek from the kitchen, Benz, Anita and Nan from reception — you were all so kind, welcoming and helpful. Moo especially was incredibly kind and caring towards our 3-year-old son, and those little touches made such a difference to us as a family. We loved being able to come back after a day out, relax by the pool, order room service and just enjoy our holiday without having to think about cooking or anything else. We’re so glad we chose Navatara and would absolutely stay here again. A beautiful, relaxed and family-friendly place with genuinely lovely people. Highly recommend!
We stayed at Navatara for two weeks in July and had a lovely time. Our room was clean, large enough to comfortably accommodate our family, had comfortable beds, powerful air conditioning, and fast wifi.
Breakfast was great, with plenty of options and good coffee. And the heated swimming pool was a lovely place to relax and cool off during the day.
The service was especially good throughout our stay. Benz, Aninta and Nan at reception were always friendly and happy to answer our questions or help with anything we needed. Lek cooked lovely food at breakfast and when we ordered room service, and Moo was wonderful, always friendly and particularly good at making our children laugh.
We really enjoyed our time at Navatara and would happily stay again.
