At the on-site restaurant visitors will enjoy delicious specialities and families with children will mostly appreciate the fantastic outdoor swimming pool available.

Disappointing experience – I would not recommend this hotel
We booked Tony Resort for 1 adult and 2 children for 7 days / 6 nights for approximately 10,700 THB.
Due to unexpected family circumstances, we stayed only one night and moved to another hotel where my husband was staying. I contacted Tony Resort and politely asked whether they could consider refunding at least part of the unused nights as a gesture of goodwill. I fully understood that our booking was non-refundable, but I hoped they might show some flexibility considering that five nights would remain unused. Unfortunately, they declined both a full and partial refund and were not willing to offer any alternative solution.
That said, having actually stayed at the property, I would also like to share my experience with the hotel itself.
We were given Room 114, the last ground-floor room. It was very dark, with very little natural light, and there was a noticeable musty smell. Hotel staff regularly walked past directly outside the room, which also affected our sense of privacy.
The air conditioning was loud and difficult to adjust properly. Hot water took quite a long time to reach the shower, and there was no convenient electrical outlet next to the bed.
We received only one room key/card attached to a key, which had to be handed in whenever we left the hotel. We were informed that the charge for losing it would be 1,000 THB.
The swimming pool itself has a pleasant atmosphere, but birds frequently sit on the string lights above the pool area. Unfortunately, we actually experienced being soiled by a bird while using the area.
There was also construction noise during the morning, which disturbed our rest.
I also noticed that the pool-access rooms offer very little privacy. The terraces/entrances are extremely close to the sun loungers and common pool area, so guests can feel quite exposed.
After leaving Tony Resort, we joined my husband at Sawaddi Patong Resort & Spa, and the difference in overall comfort, room quality, service and atmosphere was enormous.
Based on our experience, I would not recommend Tony Resort, particularly to families looking for a comfortable, quiet stay with a good level of privacy.

Absolutely fantastic! Big rooms, comfy beds. Super close to the actuon, but fully sound proofed. Pool is amazing and the staff are some of the best in Phuket! Thank you krub 🙏🙏

What can i say, this place was heaven, perfect loaction, clean, helpful and very friendly staff. Superb pool area. Would definetly return. Highly recommended. Great balcony overlooking the pool , rooms cleaned daily could not wish for a better place.
