Perfect Phuket
We are honestly having the best time here and can’t fault a single thing. From the moment we arrived, everyone has been so warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home.
A special thank you to Jan, Katie and Pin who have been absolutely amazing. They are so lovely to talk to, always smiling, and nothing has ever been too much trouble for them. They have truly made our stay even more special.
Every single member of staff is so friendly, polite and genuinely kind. The service has been outstanding, the atmosphere is wonderful, and we are completely over the moon with our stay. We would highly recommend this hotel and can’t wait to come back!
A paradise!
Quite simply, a paradise! The Fisherman’s night was some of the best seafood I’ve ever eaten. And thanks to Pat I learned to successfully manage the crabs - so good!

Room was so clean and I really enjoyed at Crocodile Bar especially Three of waitresses (Kund, Paula and Pin) were wonderful customer service!!!

Amazing resort with funicular ride, lagoon style pool, good breakfast and charming gardens everywhere. Dada helped us with check out process and overall service was exceptional. Highly recommended
