Exceeds expectations!
Skyview exceeding my expectations, staff was super friendly and attentive to my needs as I was here for 10 days getting tattooed.
Have to say a special thanks to the breakfast team - Frame, Yao and Aom. They made breakfast enjoyable even when my body was in so much pain.
Will come again!
Excellent breakfast and staff
Only downsides are lots of mosquitos in the unit, we could smell the smoke and a bad smell in the room. Staff were friendly, nice and helpful. Breakfast was great. Nice having a shuttle to the centre. Spacious unit.
Amazing
Amazing stay and great value for money! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
We had an amazing 11-night stay at Care Thailand. The hotel is beautiful, the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, and overall we had a wonderful experience. The service and hospitality were excellent, and for us it was fantastic value for money. We were a family of five and paid around £1,700 for 11 days, which we thought was excellent.
One thing I would advise families to be aware of when booking is that there are different types of rooms and different sides of the hotel. Some rooms are much bigger and feel almost five-star, while others are smaller. I accidentally booked one small room and one large room, so definitely check carefully which room type you are booking, especially if you’re travelling with children or need two rooms.
Also, be aware of the hotel’s rules regarding damage or mess in the rooms. You can be charged if something is broken or damaged, or if certain items such as pillows are badly soiled. So if you’re travelling with children, it’s worth being careful and knowing the hotel’s policies.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. Amazing hotel, amazing staff and great value for money. I would definitely recommend it! ❤️

Skyview patong beach review
This was my first solo trip to Phuket at 23, planning to figure things out as I went, and ended up staying at Skyview for three months. Looking back, the team here had a lot to do with why that stretch felt good instead of just long. Living somewhere for 90 days as a solo traveler is a different experience than a holiday stay. The small stuff matters more, and so does having people around who actually care whether you're doing okay, not just whether the room's clean. That's what I got here. Every request, every random thing that came up, handled with genuine warmth, not just efficiency. I want to specifically thank -Bow, Sandy, Opal, Aiy, On, Poom, Bobby, and Tony. you made this place feel less like a hotel and more like home away from home and I noticed it every single day. If you're a solo traveler thinking about a longer stay in Patong, I can't recommend this place enough. It's the kind of place that looks after you.
