They were always smiling, helpful, and made us feel so welcomed and comfortable. Their kindness towards Hamodi really meant a lot to us as parents, and we truly appreciated all the little things they did to make our stay more enjoyable.
Ammy and Nadear are both such lovely people, and they are definitely a credit to the hotel. We will remember their kindness and warm smiles, and we hope to see them again on our next visit!
We went to celebrate my wife’s 60th Birthday. Not only was the location,facility and amenities beautiful but by far the Hotel staff were next level. They could not have done more for us in celebrating our occasion. From personalised greetings and gifts to priority seating for all meals. Special mention to Mook,Tana,Fah,Polla,Toby and others that made our stay Special. The overall attention to detail and level of Hospitality that these people and others displayed is a credit not only to The Thai people in general but also to the Hotel’s Management/Recruitment of personnel.

The atmosphere at the hotel was great, the food was delicious, and the service was excellent—especially the service we received from Ammy Nadear, who made sure all our needs were met and always looked out for my daughter, who has celiac disease.
I came here as a family,but this place also good for couples also.service was great.food was delicious in restaurants,well professional service at spa.pool was very clean...highly recommend
My 3 kids and I had a great time at Marriott Hotel, Merlin Beach. Thanks to the kids club activities I could enjoy the spa treatments. The therapist Mo was outstanding at the Thai massage. Warmly recommend her.
