Phuket Graceland Resort and Spa

We stayed here for the 1st time for 7 nights, in a group of 8. The rooms were well maintained, the food beautiful and the staff always super helpful.

Second time there, as thought first time it might have been me, being to fussy NO. Room first time 2 years ago stunk of sewage after being messed around on arrival getting the right room. Only 1 month ago, we arrived and the first room was not really a Deluxe pool view it was stuck in the dark Waited after no manager would come to finally get a pool view Deluxe room considering I booked this a year in advance. We have our room and on 2 occasions we have cockroches. We were offered another room but we were leaving the next day so the room was cleaned after complaining twice and showing photos of the cockroches. We were left a plate of fruit and a card apologising. Would not stay here again, breakfast is horrendous like a load of animals. Cockroches and still the smell of sewage This could be a lovely hotel, but things are very run down ie the pools, beds around the pool are absolutely disgusting. The photos on the website must have been taken when they first opened. The staff are lovely but management need to sort this out before someone gets ill.
