Serenity Stay ❤️❤️
Honestly l could not fsult this hotel from the staff to the facilities and beautiful pools. I loved my room and was at the serenity pool where there were probably less children so it was quiet and 'serene' and l appreciated that. Hotel is clean and efficient, well ran. Location is great for being in the middle of Patong yet far away when you walk through the lobby. Back of house staff all beautiful, always made an effort to say a genuine hello walking through the halls, cleaners did a great job, thankyou. Front desk..young man that checked me in was and gave me advice on other days was gorgeous, as well as the other interactions with front desk staff all great. Dining room staff, Kung, Mook, Daoei and Nimo, thankyou for being ever bright, efficient, lovely and welcoming. I would absolutely recommend this stay for a bit of luxury but also a calm beautiful vibe. Thankyou to the beautiful Thai people making the wheels turn at this facility and helping make my stay a lovely one.x

Amazing stay
12 amazing days, very kind staff, especially Kung, Mook, Dara and Nana, also the guys at the pool, smiling and very helpfull. We will for sure be back.

A wonderful hotel that is perfect for families. Everything was clean and well maintained, the food was delicious, and the staff were absolutely fantastic.
A special mention to Jenny from the restaurant, who was incredibly friendly, helpful, and made our stay even more enjoyable.
