Hotel good.staff is avregs. He keep 2 tea bag ,2 coffee powder sacat. 2 creamer and 2 sugar...we call to recipitation. Give more 4 sugar packet he tell 50 batth local currency charge..hotel money making machin...

Avoid Patong lodge hotel Phuket
Terrible place Air condition do not work ,for family rooms no lifts and no shaving kits avoid this hotel need to change to two rooms from family room

REALLY A BAD EXPERIENCE. NOT WORTH THE PRICE.
We were a group of 16 persons. Booked the hotel for five nights from 28th February 2026 to 5th March 2026. On the second morning, to my surprise, I found a slip under the door stating that my towel was dirty. I went to the reception that this could be a mistake on the part of cleaning staff. But the lady at the reception showed me a photo of a very soiled towel and told me that this was found in my room. I denied the charge and said that I can not think of spoiling the towel even in my dreams. The lady said that she will look into the matter. Next day I again contacted her and asked if the matter has been resolved. She asked me to contact the cleaning staff. I asked her to call the cleaning staff to reception so that I could talk to her. She told me that she could not call her. I asked her to give me her phone number. She didn’t. I was afraid that they will charge me for the towel in my final Bill. After a lot out efforts I was able to contact the lady who was cleaning the rooms in my vicinity. I told her about my issue. But she would not understand English. I conveyed my concern to her via translator app. She said that she will look into the matter. Although finally they did not charge me for the towel but my trip was marred by this incident.
Roof of my room started leaking when ever I switched off my AC. I have a video of this. But I think only photos can be uploaded here. There is no room service available at the hotel. Overall not a good experience. Will not recommend this hotel.

A terrible hotel to avoid
Stayed in this hotel for 3 nights with family from 1st to 4th April 2026. This is a terrible hotel in terms of services and room facilities. Many a time in rooms , ACs are not working. Then, if one is changing the room after lots of cajoling , they will give you downgraded option and with no compensation. Staff is very non-cooperative
Don't be cheated by MakeMyTrip high rating ,which hotel promptly displaying. It's a sham
Only good part is it's location. Breakfast is decent. Nothing is extra-ordinary
