Patong héritage: Disappointing Experience
My experience at Patong Heritage Hotel was quite underwhelming. Upon entering my room, I was shocked to discover a used condom under the bed, which clearly indicated that the room had not been cleaned properly. There was also a persistent stale odor, making the atmosphere very unpleasant. The room itself was old-fashioned, dusty, and lacked any natural light, which made it feel even more uninviting. The pictures online are very misleading and do not reflect the current state of the hotel at all. On a positive note, the hotel’s location is excellent, and the breakfast was decent with a fair selection. However, these aspects do not make up for the poor cleanliness and outdated facilities. I would not recommend staying here unless these issues are addressed.
Friendly Service and Great Location
The Patong Heritage Hotel has been a great stay so far. The staff across reception, housekeeping, and the restaurant are incredibly friendly, helpful, and always smiling, which really does make a difference. The room works exactly as it should (not all hotels in Patong are like this) with hot showers, good facilities, and whilst the decor could use a little updating, it hasn’t taken anything away from the experience. With two pools offering places to relax and a great location just a short walk from Patong’s major attractions, the hotel has been great.

Good Place to stay.
Good Hotel to stay around hustle and bustle of Patong beach. Bangla Road on a walking distance. Rooms are satisfactory. Breakfast was great. Was at this hotel on 23Feb25 for 2 nights.

Chek in & out very quick & easy. Nice & kind employees. Nice smell all over the hotel. Clean rooms. Beautiful beach & jungle 's view . It has two swimming pool.one in building other next to the building with great Inspiring view. The location was incredible. 5 minutes walk to patong beach & Shopping center.30 second to next 7/11 !! It was a great experience for us.
PATONG HERITAGE ANOTHER GREAT TIME.
This is our 3rd year we have stayed here and once again it was wonderful,the staff are so nice and helpful and friendly.Breakfast has everything you could want,and the eggs cooked in any style you wish,staff are great.pool is very large with Bar and toilets and pool towels.check in easy.They have many styles of Rooms. Down the lane to the street is a hair dressers who is very good and well priced.
