Amazing Reception Team
Had a great experience at the hotel, especially thanks to Nan, Pai, Golf, and Ya at the reception. They were all super friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. They made everything easy and were always happy to help. Really appreciate their excellent service! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
2026 August Stay
Was very apprehensive about the stay here, some recent 5 star reviews and some 1 star reviews, was making me cautious and considered to change hotels.
Hotel reception was old, but functional, check in was easy, needed to pay a 1000 baht deposit per night, or leave a passport at reception, could not use a credit card, first time I have not been able to use a credit card.
The hotel has its own internal shuttle service, (yes you will need it), it was a 6 minute walk from the lobby to my hotel room. The hotel is huge, We were staying in O Block, on the third floor, had a great view over Patpong and the ocean, can not fault the views,
Room was exactly like the online photos, no issues with the room, or room service.
Overall a pleasant stay, the only downside was the distance from the lobby to the room,
