Excellent Family Stay at Novotel Phuket Vintage Park
We had a wonderful 3-day family stay at Novotel Phuket Vintage Park Resort, and it was truly a great experience from check-in to check-out.
A special thanks to Ivy at the Front Desk, who was exceptional throughout our stay. Ivy took the time to explain all the hotel facilities, provided helpful information about the resort, and even personally escorted us to our room during check-in, which made us feel very welcomed and valued as guests.
The hotel facilities were excellent. The swimming pool is fantastic for families, and our children especially enjoyed the basketball activity in the pool, which added an extra element of fun to our stay. The pool area is spacious, well maintained, and perfect for relaxation.
We also enjoyed the restaurant and breakfast experience, with a good variety of food and attentive service. The lobby area is beautiful, comfortable, and creates a great first impression of the resort.
The hotel's location is convenient, the staff are friendly, and the overall atmosphere is perfect for families visiting Phuket.
Thank you to Ivy and the entire Novotel Phuket Vintage Park team for making our holiday memorable. We would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future.

A delight
We stayed for 17 nights. The welcoming staff at front desk were a delight to deal with. Porters efficient. Cleaning staff very friendly. Restaurant staff were a delight in particular Tree Nam who went out of her way to provide over and above service. Location is ideal, close to but not too close to all the action. Swimming pool terriffic. Could not fault our stay. Thanks Novotel Vintage.

Holiday saved by the Morning Staff
I became unwell due to a chest infection during my stay at the Novotel Vintage Park Patong. The morning staff, supervised by Khom, would go out of their way to make sure I would get back back to health as soon as possible. Fresh ginger and honey would be delivered to my table every morning with genuine concern as to my welfare. This was greatly appreciated and I was able to able to enjoy the rest of my holiday. Very good hotel/resort, great location and room and staff, thank you to Khom.

We stayed at Novotel Phuket Vintage Park with our extended family, including elderly parents and two young kids, and it was truly memorable. A huge shoutout to Chef Bee and Chef Sunew at breakfast — they went above and beyond to prepare hot, delicious Jain and vegetarian Indian food for us every single day. Chole bhature, aloo sabji, matar sabji with puri, and on alternate days upma, poha, dosa, idli, and wada — it genuinely felt like home food, and made our stay so much easier with our dietary requirements. We were celebrating our daughter Dhriti's 8th birthday during our stay, and the hotel made it truly special — the mascots greeted her at breakfast, she got to cut a cake, and we came back to a beautifully surprise-decorated room. These little touches meant the world to us and made her birthday unforgettable. The pool is easily one of the best we've seen for kids — our little ones didn't want to get out! The kids' club was also a lovely add-on, keeping them engaged and happy. Location is brilliant — walking distance to Patong Beach, restaurants, and everything you need in the area. Highly recommend this property for families, especially those with special dietary requirements — the staff genuinely go the extra mile.
