This was our first time in Thailand for our honeymoon and I have a severe peanut allergy. When informing the hotel’s Square Restaurant, the staff were very receptive and made sure the chefs and other staff members were aware. During breakfast, Khom, one of the staff members, gave us a tour of the buffet and showed me exactly which items were not safe to eat. She indicated that allergen icons were clearly labeled on each food item. Throughout our stay, Khom took care of us every breakfast and the staff made me feel very safe.
We were also impressed by the poolside access room that was clean and had a private jacuzzi.
The in Balance spa was very relaxing and we had a couples scrub and oil massage.

Novotel heritage - Excellent care, hospitality, and service from the Front Office team, making my check-in and check-out smooth and hassle-free.
A special thanks to Miss Ben from the Front Office, who supported me tremendously when my luggage, along with my passport, was misplaced. She immediately reassured me, checked the CCTV, and took prompt action to help locate my bag. Within half an hour, I was able to get my luggage and passport back safely.
I truly appreciate Ben’s kindness, patience, and quick response, which made a stressful situation much easier for me.

The room was beautiful. The pool was great. The overall experience was awesome. At the dinning Chef Josef took good care of us. Khom was a lovely hostess too. My kids love them both for the way they took care of us ! Thank you for the memory…. Patricia 💕
