Second time staying and we absolutely loved it more than the first time. We were made to feel so welcomed and amazed that staff members remembered exactly who we were and individually welcomed us back. The staff are just so friendly, helpful and have basically become like extended family. The buildings are a bit dated but that doesn’t distract from the wonderful time we had. The breakfast buffet is amazing and has such a variety suitable for all. Dinner was always a fantastic experience and sooo delicious. Not one single meal disappointed. We have to say an extra big and heartfelt thank you to Fon and Max from the Pinnacle Sky Bar for making such an effort and treating us so well. As well as to Beat from the pool hut for making the time to stop and chat with us whenever he saw us and encouraging our youngest child’s love for fish.

We stayed at the hotel for three days and had a wonderful experience. Everything was very pleasant, and we truly enjoyed our stay.
A special thank you for the amazing massage with Thong. We took advantage of the special promotion for a full-body and facial massage, received a great discount, and even got an additional bonus. Thong was very professional and attentive throughout the entire treatment, constantly checking in to make sure I was comfortable and enjoying the massage.

I was in Novotel with my family for 2 weeks and my experience was amazing. Staff friendly and very polite specially the breakfast team Kwang, Au, Gun, Few, Nimand Judy. They will get a star for you if ask them to do it. I highly recommend this hotel
