This resort is located in the prime area of Phuket. It is a short stroll from the hotel to Phuket Town and 10 minutes away from the famous Patong Beach. It is a 3-minute journey from the hotel to the Jungceylon shopping complex and Phuket International Airport is 40 minutes' drive away. This 117-room hotel offers a 24-hour reception and check-out service as well as lift access and a hotel safe. Money changing facilities and a restaurant are also available. Room and laundry services are offered and guests can use the hotel's parking facilities. All of the hotel's rooms have a separate balcony. All rooms are en suite with a bath and shower as standard. Further amenities include a safe, a hairdryer, telephone, TV and Internet access. A minibar and coffee making facilities are also available. The hotel has an outdoor swimming pool with a children's swimming area.
Pamper yourself with a visit to the spa, which offers massages. If you're looking for recreational opportunities, you'll find an outdoor pool and a fitness centre. Additional amenities at this hotel include complimentary wireless Internet access, concierge services and barbecue grills. Guests can get around on the complimentary shuttle, which operates within 5 kilometres.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
We booked a stay at Nipa Resort for an upcoming peak-season trip to Phuket. Because rates were high, we initially secured a standard room and planned to upgrade directly. When we tried modifying via our booking channel, the resort instructed us to coordinate the upgrade directly with them. That is where the nightmare began. For weeks, we have been reaching out to confirm and pay for an upgraded room. Even though higher-tier rooms are clearly available online for our dates, the reservations team refuses to confirm an upgrade or even provide clear pricing. Instead, they keep deflecting and telling us to "check upon check-in"—which, during peak holiday season, is guaranteed to result in no availability. We explicitly offered to pay the full price difference in advance to lock it in, but the team simply dodges the request and refuses to provide transparent figures. The reservation officer, Sirichot Tuntasin (Ben), has provided some of the most dismissive, evasive, and unprofessional customer service I have experienced across all my international travels. While the physical property may look decent in photos, the management and pre-arrival support are utterly pathetic. If a hotel cannot handle a straightforward, revenue-generating paid upgrade request professionally, it raises serious doubts about how they treat guests once they actually arrive. Save yourself the headache and book a resort that values basic communication and guest satisfaction.
