Make sure the room is close and not far
Rooms are very clean overall great staff but the only problem I had that my room was very far I had to take 2 elevators and walk like 5 mins each time that I wanted to get out of the hotel
A Disappointing Start, but Excellent Recovery by the Team
Our stay at M Social Phuket had a disappointing start due to the room assignment and the lack of clear information regarding the room view before arrival. However, the way the situation was handled afterward made a real difference.
I would especially like to thank Monica, the Front Office Manager, for her professionalism, understanding, and personal attention. She listened to our concerns, followed up personally, and made a sincere effort to improve the rest of our stay.
The anniversary cake, fruit, personal note, and thoughtful arrangements were greatly appreciated by my wife and me.
The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff were friendly and professional. I believe clearer communication about room categories and views before arrival would make the guest experience even better.
Overall, despite the initial disappointment, we left with a much more positive impression and appreciated the genuine care shown by the team.
