We stayed at the Holiday Inn Phuket for 4 nights and we couldn’t be more impressed with the service we received. The room was very large and cleaned throughly everyday. The maid put extra waters in every morning when she noticed how much we were having. We ate at the Charm Thai restaurant by the pool every morning for breakfast. It was one of the best buffet breakfasts I’ve had, large selection and good well priced.
The hotel rooms in the premium wing are perfect for couples with nice relaxing atmosphere and private balconies.
The location of the hotel is great, just down from the main beach in Patong but set back enough you do not hear the noise from the road.

An excellent Italian restaurant Terrazzo in a fantastic beachfront location at Patong Beach! The food and overall atmosphere made for a wonderful dining experience, but what truly stood out was the amazing staff and their outstanding hospitality.
A special mention to Mr. New, the team leader, who was absolutely fantastic! He was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful in explaining the menu and recommending options, making the experience even more enjoyable.
Exceptional service, a welcoming team, and a beautiful beachfront setting make this restaurant a must-visit for anyone looking for great Italian food in Patong Beach. Highly recommended! 🇮🇹🍝

It was very relaxing and the service was spectacular. In the Busakorn wing, Orio and MP really spoiled me. I got a much needed recharge.
