Great family holiday option
We had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Resort Phuket! The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and always helpful throughout our stay. The kids had so much fun and really enjoyed the facilities and activities available for them.
It’s a very family-friendly resort and a great choice when travelling with younger children. I would definitely recommend it, especially for families with kids aged 11 and below. A relaxing and enjoyable experience for both parents and children. We would happily stay here again! Thanks Jiji, Nana, Kafiw, Rainy, Nam, Pear, Fem well done

We have just returned from another fantastic holiday at the Holiday Inn Resort Patong, where we spent three wonderful weeks staying in Room 2109 in the Busakorn Wing.
From the moment we arrived, the service and hospitality were exceptional. A huge and very special thank you must go to MP and Oreo, who worked tirelessly to ensure our stay was everything we wanted. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and their friendliness, professionalism and genuine care made our holiday even more enjoyable.
A very special mention must also go to the Resort Manager, Raffaele. Quite simply, Raffaele is the best. His professionalism, attention to detail and genuine commitment to his guests are second to none. He leads an outstanding team, and the high standard of service throughout the resort is a credit to him.
We would also like to thank all the other staff and management who looked after us so extremely well. Everywhere we went throughout the resort, we were greeted with friendly smiles and wonderful service.
We have stayed at the Holiday Inn Resort Patong many times, and there is a reason we continue to return. It is not just a resort to us anymore — it truly feels like our home away from home.
This visit was particularly special as I celebrated my 70th birthday with family and friends, and the team went above and beyond to help make it an occasion we will never forget.
To Raffaele, MP, Oreo and the entire Holiday Inn Resort Patong team — thank you for another unforgettable holiday.

Our stay at holiday inn 🫶🌞
I had such a wonderful time during my recent stay! The accommodations were incredibly comfortable, and I truly appreciated the welcoming atmosphere. Every staff member I encountered was so kind and helpful, thank you oilly our breakfast waitress always very welcoming and thank you for our coffee each morning 😊It really made my visit feel special. Location perfect! Close to everything. I'm already looking forward to returning!
