I stayed for three nights at Holiday Inn Express Phuket Patong Beach Central. The service team here is extremely professional, and I truly felt right at home throughout my stay.
I would like to give special thanks to PAM and TRAI at the front desk. They were always ready to help resolve my issues and greeted me with warm smiles every time. I also want to mention PEKKI, the Housekeeping Manager. I really appreciated her professionalism and lovely smile.
The guest rooms are very comfortable. Every room comes with a balcony, which is perfect for drying laundry. The swimming pool is well‑kept and clean. All hotel staff always wear friendly smiles.
If I come back to Phuket in the future, I will definitely choose this hotel again.

Really enjoyed my stay here. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The staff (Pleum) were friendly, and the location made it easy to get around. No complaints at all—I’d definitely stay here again.
