Exceptional Hospitality & Unforgettable Upgrades
We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Grand Mercure Phuket Patong! The level of service here completely exceeded our expectations from the moment we stepped into the lobby.
A massive thank you to Bambi at the front desk! She welcomed us with so much warmth and professionalism. To our absolute surprise, she upgraded us to a Deluxe Pool Access Room without us even asking! Having direct access to the pool made our stay extra special and truly memorable.
The outstanding service didn't stop at check-in. On one of the evenings, we wanted to dine at Bubbles Restaurant for their popular Seafood Buffet. Even though the restaurant was completely fully booked, the staff went above and beyond to make accommodations for us so we wouldn't miss out. The food was incredible, but the hospitality was even better!
On top of the phenomenal staff and service, the location is unbeatable—super convenient and just a short walk to the beach, yet peaceful enough for a relaxing getaway.
We will definitely be returning. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Patong!

The Grand Mercure Patong is a beautiful hotel, always attentive staff and a very fulsome breakfast buffet. All our staff from Teya looking after our needs at reception to all our room and wait staff (Tan, Pinky, many more) made for a relaxing and wonderful experience. We felt very blessed!
