We as a family had a great time and Tan at the bubbles restaurant took good care of us and his service is worth a special mention. He cared with smile and served with empathy. He did engage in great conversations with the kids to make them feel belonged and welcome. Thank you for the amazing hospitality and service.
We are staying at the Grand Mercure at Patong, we were greeted by 2 amazing staff, Sandy and Julie. They have both made us feel very welcome. We did the cooking school today, so enjoyed. Thank you to Chef Orn and Chef Fern for making it an amazing experience. A very big thank you also to Jasmine and Play for assisting with the cooking school and greeting us each morning for breakfast. Love our pool access room ❤️.
This has been my favorite hotel for years now ,Amazing hotel and amazing staff highly recommended.
We are a family of five, we had adjoining rooms. Nice clean rooms, excellent breakfast, lovely staff. Lunches by the pool were tasty and an ok price after Accor discount. The location is close to the action, but quiet enough to get away. Plenty of restaurants right outside the hotel. The pool was fun, with lots of different areas, and a slide that our kids enjoyed. The gym was good, they could do with some heavier weights (according to my husband) but the equipment was fine for me.
