Thank you to all staff. Everyone is helpful and looked after us during the stay. Clean and tidy rooms. Provided all we asked promptly. Breakfast was great and tan was awesome. Never hesitated to give us customised food. Hannah and Abu we awesome. Great to chat as well. Highly recommend Grand mercure. Great pool access rooms if you can.
