The food is always high quality and delicious, with so many great choices. My absolute favorite is the Thai-style fried dough (Pa Tong Go) with pandan custard sauce — I can never resist it! 😋

Saturday buffet breakfasts are my primary hobby. I visit many hotels and restaurants for breakfast, but I always return to Mercure Patong at least once or twice a month. It is honestly one of the best choices in Phuket when you compare the service to the price—especially this season with their "buy one, get one free" breakfast offer!
We first went there because I heard they made a Tomyum Egg Benedict and I really wanted to try it. Surprisingly, it was amazing! Sadly, they discontinued it. I’m not sure why—maybe it brought in too many outside guests and they couldn't accommodate everyone—but that dish was the reason I first went, and now I've been a regular customer for about a year.
All of the staff are incredibly nice and friendly: Khun Kai and khun Tonkla are very kind, polite, and welcoming, taking care of us very specially
Long story short, we will be going back again soon and always enjoy our breakfast there very much!
We have a very good time in Phuket which staying at Grand Mercure Hotel, the location are very near to the Patong beach and others. The most excellent are the Bubble Cafa are serve HALAL food, so many variaty and delicious food. I have got suprise birthday cake and the staff are very kind and friendly. Thank you so much for the lovely cake and wishes, especialy to Mr. Moo. Khop khun khap.
This resort is one of the best I have been to in Thailand in my 13 years of traveling there.the staff were all so friendly and helpful, the rooms were perfectly clean always and the breakfast was probably the best I have had at a resort.
Stayed there for 3 days 2 nights and I have very pleasant stay for those days.

Environment of the hotel is very cozy and peaceful, lovely swimming pool. Room is also good, they prepared extra bed.
You can explore nearby shops by grab or walk. Easy to find the hotel.
Worth the money, love the overall experience. We would like to repeat some other day ☺️
