Our favourite hotel in Phuket because of excellent staff service, tasty food and great location. Staff deserve 6 star for the amazing efficient and friendly service. Kook manning the reception was truly helpful and efficient, together with her colleagues. Yoda and his colleagues were equally amazing at Sears which also serve tasty food. Mone and team at the breakfast/dinner restaurant were great. Mook at the lobby bar, Art the loyalty manager, Amy and so many others made our stay memorable. Breakfast and seafood dinner was amazing with great spread and quality food. Will definitely return.
