⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Stay at Diamond Cliff Resort & Spa – Great Value for Money!
We had such a wonderful experience staying at Diamond Cliff Resort & Spa in Phuket! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed, and the service truly made us feel special.
A special thank you to Puifai from the front desk, who assisted us during check-in. She was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. The check-in process was so seamless and smooth, which was exactly what we needed after travelling. She made us feel very welcome and comfortable right from the beginning.
I also loved the thoughtful welcome experience that the hotel offers. The welcome drink and hand wash were such a lovely touch! These little details made us feel cared for and showed how much the hotel values its guests.
The resort itself is beautiful, with a relaxing atmosphere, lovely surroundings, and a great holiday feel. The staff throughout the hotel were very friendly, accommodating, and always willing to help. Everyone we encountered made us feel welcome and well taken care of. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Jun at the front desk was absolutely wonderful—so friendly, helpful, and kind. He escorted us to our room, picked us up when needed, and made sure we had everything we needed.He explained everything clearly and made us feel truly welcome. The drivers and all the staff were also incredibly warm and caring. We felt very well looked after throughout our stay.Thank you for making our visit so special. Our stay here in Diamond cliff was amazing and so much fun.Thank you.
Everything about this hotel was great! The front desk staff was extremely accommodating, especially since we were traveling with a group and had multiple rooms. Khamsan was such a sweetheart and always made sure we were well taken care of throughout our stay.
The food was great too, especially the breakfast spread. There were plenty of options, and it was a great way to start the day. Our rooms were nice, clean, and comfortable.
The location was also very convenient. It’s not far from the Bangla walking area, and we never had any trouble grabbing a taxi to get around.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay. The great service, clean rooms, good food, and convenient location made it an easy place to recommend. A special thank you to Khamsan for taking such good care of our group!
Really Nice hotel, Good pools. Not over crowded. Great views from the rooms, really big rooms with massive bed, mini bar, big TV, make-up area with chair and mirror and plug right next to it, also small sofa. Staff really friendly and always willing to help. Not the best location but still has everything within a 5 min taxi distance or a 15min walk. 7-eleven just round the corner and plenty food options around the hotel.
